  There is no price difference if a client wants to do the trip during the immigration period. Adding a Gorilla trekking will attract an additional cost as the permit rate is not included. Other extra's depends on the trip itinerary and if they are part of it.

  Depending on your preferred accommodation, you can either do camping or accommodation (room) and the prices Vary. If you pick the camping option, you need to know that we provide tents and mattresses but you will need to carry your own sleeping bag. The trip is by an Overland truck to the different destinations according to the itinerary. Kindly note that we expect you to get visas for all the respective countries and yellow fever in advance. I also advise you to book your return flight back, a day or two after the trip end date just in case we have a few changes on the trip as sometimes but not always things happen that are out of our control. The camping option is $6290 and the accommodated one is $9590, $ 4500 is the local payment. You will be required to carry it as cash, and it should be deducted from the total cost of the trip price you pick. Pocket money depends on your spending, since we provide meals according to the itinerary so you will need money for souvenirs, snacks or some cold beer. That might be vary from $50 to $ 200 per day.

  There only a few days in accommodation, most of it is in a tent. Anyway we only have a few days and at the moment I'm thinking I'll just book something else over the weekend if I've not heard back from you. I can't be the only solo traveller at this late hour

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Africa Travel Co.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
