    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, specifying and delivering product and new features to support the strategic goals of the company. You will build features from existing ideas and develop new ones based on data analysis.

You will work closely together with the Design/UX & development teams to define, plan and release the product requirements.     Challenges and opportunities of the job?

    What can you expect?

    All our bookings occur online, so you will be responsible for chatting with customers via instant messenger, email or by telephone who have either found a specific tour on TourRadar.com or are undecided between a number of options. You will be tasked with making sure the customer's questions are answered promptly and accurately so that they are happy to book with us, then assisting travellers throughout the booking process.
    When you can't find the answers you will need to think fast and be resourceful to craft the right response. Naturally, you will also have to deal with customer issues and handle booking cancellations, changes, etc. Finally, being able to close the sale is key to the success of this position (note: all enquiries are inbound as we don't do cold calling).

    We are looking for a great Accounts Payable Team Leader to join us in Vienna, helping us supporting our growth and strengthening our global finance team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing Accounts Payables (Tour Operators) in most efficient way, including processing of invoices, payments and bank reconciliations
    • Coordinating the work of an A/P team located in three to four offices across the globe
    • Overlooking the monthly closing process in relation to A/P
    • Utilising the potential of our ERP System NetSuite to improve efficiency and help us scale fast
    • Communication with our tour operator partners across the globe
    • Supporting our sales and business development teams with finance topics
    • Constant optimisation of processes in Finance Team and the whole company

    Requirements:

    • At least 4 years of experience as an A/P Accountant
    • First hand experience in leading a small team is desired
    • Experience of leading teams cross-border/remotely is a benefit
    • Experience with process optimisation is a benefit
    • Netsuite accounting software knowledge is a benefit
    • Outstanding communication skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and as needed, other executives.
    • Be the primary liaison between the CEO and employees, investors, vendors, etc.
    • Manage calendars by scheduling meetings and coordinating all travel arrangements, including personal family travel. Keep CEO on time to meetings throughout the day.
    • Compose and prepare correspondence; sort and organize incoming mail.
    • Assist in preparing and managing presentations, proposals, and programs.
    • Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and communication.
    • Be responsive to emails and phone calls, with occasional contact outside normal business hours
    • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle CEO’s matters.
    • Represent the company and its owners in a positive light through great follow through skills and sound judgement.
    • Conserve CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information as needed.
    • Ad hoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and documentation.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2+ years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant. More experience preferred.
    • Outstanding organization and time management skills.

    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong focus on programmatic display and video marketing. As part of our performance marketing team, you’ll be building the programmatic display and video marketing channel to be a successful resource of revenue. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns.

    What you will be doing

    • Create a programmatic marketing roadmap for all agreed upon goals & tactics
    • Shape strategic quarterly plans to be presented & shared across teams
    • Manage all programmatic marketing including display and video channelsIntegration with wider media plans & digital marketing activities
    • Work closely with creative teams, as well as other online marketing managers to create high performing campaigns
    • Develop ad creatives and ad copy with the support of in house marketing designers
    • Negotiate & implement direct distribution agreements & marketing relationships for online sites
    • Manage ROI & cost of sale metrics for all programmatic marketing initiativesKeep track of campaign pacing, budgets, budget recommendations and results
    • Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed company goals
    • Identify opportunities, and define structured plans and reporting to improve efficiency

    Who We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in Programmatic Display Advertising
    • High proficiency in all Programmatic campaign management components: planning, launching and optimising programmatic display campaigns through various DSPs ideally Google Marketing Platform (formerly known as Doubleclick).
    • As well as bidding, audience management, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing.
    • Highly analytical, data-driven and problem-solving skills are a must
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
    • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Experience with manipulating and interpreting large data sets to generate reports which provide insights & conclusions
    • Experience in other online marketing channels - an advantage
    • Exceptional grammar, communication and writing skills
    • Open minded and positive team player
    • Fluent English speaker
    • Passion for travel
