One API for technical partners

Integrate multi-day adventures into your site using one API.

One unified API gives you access to our standardized catalog of 50,000+ multi-day adventures from 2,500+ operators across 160+ countries, along with creating bookings, and also a way to retrieve bookings you have made under your own operator credentials. One integration to maintain instead of dozens of operator APIs.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE

Multiple options from one unified API

Catalog

Every adventure, operator, itinerary, departure, price, inclusion, image and review in one consistent schema, whichever of the 2,500+ operators it came from. Validated daily, so what you show is what can be booked.

Booking

The transaction, on our commercials or yours. On ours, the traveler is handed to your Partner Portal booking page where we manage all orchestration including being the merchant of record, payment options, currencies, refunds, chargebacks, and payouts to Operators. On yours, the same endpoints run in your own checkout on your own rails.

Fetch

Pull the full booking record from an operator using your booking credentials with them. One view of every trip your travelers are on, whoever holds the contract behind it.

WAYS TO RUN IT

Three models, one platform

The same catalog, varying levels of commitment. Start where your business case allows, move up or down, when the numbers justify it.

For Partners who Share

Affiliate Model

Our Catalog only, on our commercials. Discovery happens on your site, then the traveler moves to the TourRadar marketplace to book. We sell it, orchestrate the booking and support the traveler to the end of their trip. You earn a share of the commission, paid one business day after the trip ends.

-> Or start with a low tech solution

For Partners who Sell in our Portal

Wholesale Model

Our Catalog and Booking, on our commercials. Discovery and the sale happen on your site, then the traveler moves to your Partner Portal page to book. We orchestrate it, you support the traveler to the end of their trip. You earn the largest share of the commission, paid one business day after the trip ends.

-> Or start with a low tech solution

For Partners who Sell on their site

Direct Model

Our Catalog, Booking and Fetch, on your own commercial agreements, your credentials and your own rails. The whole journey stays with you, including paying each operator. We build and maintain the operator connections behind it. You pay a fixed technology fee per booking, so you know the cost before you make it.

WHO IS USING IT

One of the world's largest travel agency, using our API

Flight Centre logo

Flight Centre runs its multi-day tours experience in its own branding, curated to only the operator brands the group already works with, using TourRadar's Partner API. Their team chose the operators. We maintain the connections, validate prices and availability daily, and handle the transaction via one unified API.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the API

Because each direct connection is a build plus a maintenance liability: a different schema, a different auth model, a different definition of availability, and a breaking change whenever the operator ships one. Your team maintains one integration and we maintain the rest. Operators you have agreements with stay yours commercially.

Smallest possible build, Share. Own the sale and the traveler without taking on contracting, payments or compliance, Sell in our Portal. Already have operator agreements and want your own rates end to end, Sell on your own platform. Most partners start at Share and move up once the category proves itself.

Every setup has a setup fee and a monthly minimum, payable only in months your bookings are below an agreed volume. Both scale with the setup: lowest on Share, highest on Sell on your own platform, where the setup fee applies per operator connection and a fixed technology fee applies per booking. On Share and Sell in our Portal we earn from the commission split instead.

Because you are integrating with infrastructure that runs whether or not a booking happens that month: 2,500+ operator connections, daily validation of prices and availability, and the engineers keeping it working as operators change their systems. A floor, not a subscription.

Curated multi-day travel experiences: small group travel, tours, river cruises and personalized adventures. A trusted operator organizes accommodation, meals, guides and activities. Flights are not included, though nothing stops you packaging your own around them.

Yes, on the setup where you sell on your own platform. Bring your agreements and credentials, keep your rates, and your commercial terms stay between you and the operator. That also means the transaction, the servicing and the operator payout are yours. Our Partner Portal runs on TourRadar's agreements, so bookings made there are on our rates and our merchant of record obligations, with commission split back to you.

On our commercial agreements, TourRadar, as merchant of record across four licensed entities: processing, currency, refunds, chargebacks and payout to the operator and to you. On your own agreements, you do.

The split follows who does the selling and the servicing. Hand the traveler to the TourRadar marketplace and you earn a share, because our team sells and supports the trip. Sell and service it yourself through the Partner Portal and you earn the largest share. On both, commission is paid one business day after the trip ends. Your exact share depends on volume and setup, confirmed at onboarding. On your own agreements there is no split: you keep your rates and pay a fixed technology fee per booking.

On Share, they move to the TourRadar marketplace and the booking is ours. On Sell in our Portal, they move to your Partner Portal booking page, which carries your partner ID, so the booking comes back attributed to you with the operator messaging thread attached. If checkout has to stay on your own domain, that is Sell on your own platform, on your own operator agreements.

Tell us which setup you want and we issue sandbox credentials, reference docs and test departures, with no commercial commitment to start building. Catalog integrations typically go live in weeks. Adding booking is a larger build, and we scope it with your team before you sign anything.
