The tour starts on 4th April at 08:00. You will be back on 10th April at around 18:00-19:00. We strongly recommend booking a flight to arrive the day before and depart the day after.

Could you please provide the cost for one night of post-accommodation on August 14?

We can offer one extra night at Hotel Cabin for 710$ (due to high demand, there are very few options left during this period which explains the high price).

I was wondering if this tour includes the Blue Lagoon or another similar lagoon. If not, would we be able to detour/ have free time to do on our time?

This tour does not include Blue Lagoon and I'm afraid it's possible to add it on the itinerary. We highly recommend arriving and departing one or two days before/after the tour. In those free days in Reykjavík you can consider going to the Blue Lagoon.

What are the opportunities to see or chase the Northern lights?

My timing is flexible and would look to the highest likelihood month, understand that there is no guarantee of 100% encounter. My primary goal is Northern lights view w Secondary goal of Iceland tour. I do prefer a small group.

I'm trvellign with a friend so we want to be we can have a twin bed room in each hotel. also, what are the usual start times each day?

Yes, we can add a note in the booking that you want twin beds. The usually time is 08:00. It can be 09:00 but that will be confirmed later on and, during the tour, the guide will also inform everyone at what time they need to be ready to start the day.

I would like to check if the cave tour is equivalent to the glacier hike

The ice cave tour is not equivalent to a glacier hike. Even tho you need to walk on the glacier, you are not really hiking for hours.

Is there an opportunity to join groups/tours for the Northern Lights? We would love to see the Northern Lights and curious if we could view them at this time.

We do not have Northern Lights planned for the tour. As you will spend some nights outside of Reykjavík, you might have the chance to see the lights from your hotel room!

What about the hotel and which, where we are going to stay overnight, can you list the name of the hotel alongwith pictures. Is there any discount for senior citizen as we both are 70plus in age. On which date and time the tour will end so I can book my flight ticket accordingly.

The list of hotels will just be provided after the booking confirmation, but we offer accommodation in 3* or 4* hotels, with breakfast included, and a room with a private bathroom. Your multi-day tour is supposed to end with the Snæfellsnes Peninsula tour, and usually this tour ends around 07:00 or 08:00 PM, so we advise booking your return flight ticket for the day after your multi-day tour ends.

Could you please provide the following: Minimum price per person for the tour services you offer - so that I can assess and add my commission accordingly. Details of the vehicle(s) you would provide for the group (type/model, seating capacity, amenities). Clarification on how many people the vehicle(s) can accommodate comfortably. Can you give me a price for arrival a day early and departure a day later than the base plan on the website? Also including airport pickup to first hotel and departure dropoff from final night hotel?

We can offer for example Hotel Cabin with breakfast included for 24,000 ISK/ night for a double room. (as per the current availability) As for the airport transfer, Flybus has regular departures with convenient pickup right outside of the airport terminal. The price is 3.999 ISK/ person/ one way. This is NOT a 7 day tour, it's a day tour then a 6 day tour so you spend extra time being driven out of and then back into reykjavik on the first day, then driving out again the next day. The Katla Ice cave experience sold as an optional extra is false advertising as you are taken to an old cave sites on a different Glacier. Customer service agree to refund the katla Ice cave purchase then ignore your emails and no refund has been received to date. Itinerary is crammed worth too much so you are ending up at the last stop in the dark.Show more

This tour was sold as a 7 day tour with optional extras one of which was a katla Ice caves experience. The tour actually 2 separate tours, a one day tour of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and then a 6 day tour. This was a little confusing. We paid nearly 300 aud each extra for the katla Ice cave excursion but were taken to a completely different Glacier and completely different your operator crystal ice cave where we were not taken to any cave at all just a tour of fissures on the Glacier. The company at first said this was something that happens but when I advised it was false advertising they said they would refund the cost of the excursion. I still have NOT received the refundShow more

Iceland itself for me was very beautiful and photogenic. My experience/trip; the hotel in Reykjavik was a bit mediocre, I stayed there 3 nights. The other hotels on the trip were much nicer indeed.The first day (Snæfellsnes Peninsula Small-Group) was not a nice ride, the bus was like 100% full, cramped full, bags on your lap full. A race from photo-point to photo-point. Luckily the guide was really nice and knowledgeable. The round trip, with really a small group this time, was awesome. Our guide Omar was safe and very busy making it an as great as possible experience for the guests. Negative points; if you don't do the extra activities, there is nothing for you to do, but walk around and basicly just wait ans hang around. For me that was 3 day-parts. Furthermore Tourradar sends me spam about my trip, but now offered for about 300Euros less then I paid, and communication about this weren't answered. Last but not least, the terrain is not flat and often slippery. perhaps an open door, I know, but I did twist one ankle badly and am recovering from that now. Ending with a positive note, yes the combination of guides, places and landscapes are wonderful and worth it. But be prepared and think about the minus points.Show more

  The Northern Lights season is between the end of August and mid-April. From the end of April until the end of August, the days will be longer, and with the sunlight, it is not possible to see the Northern Lights.
  
  Usually, the better months to see them are October, November, and March, but January or February can also be very good months; it will depend on your luck.
  
  The multi-day tours as the Iceland Ring Road, are not so focus in the Northern Lights, but if the guide sees a good chance to see them, you will see them.

  The ice cave tour is not equivalent to a glacier hike. Even tho you need to walk on the glacier, you are not really hiking for hours.

  The list of hotels will just be provided after the booking confirmation, but we offer accommodation in 3* or 4* hotels, with breakfast included, and a room with a private bathroom. Your multi-day tour is supposed to end with the Snæfellsnes Peninsula tour, and usually this tour ends around 07:00 or 08:00 PM, so we advise booking your return flight ticket for the day after your multi-day tour ends.

  I would like to know about the departure of the tour from the hotel so that I can land prior to departure of the tour, and which hotel you are going to pick up? Is it okay If I stay with any other hotel after coming to the place and you will pick me up from that hotel? I would prefer to be in the same hotel and to book with the hotel, either though you or I can book directly if you give me the name.
