  I absolutely loved it! Bus Travel Iceland was a great company to work with. Always answered my questions and easy to communicate with. I am glad I found them on Tourradar. Our guide Sindri was the best, he truely made the trip wonderful with his information and history of Iceland! Our guide Addi for the 7th day was also great. Would recommend this company %100 and would use their services again in the future!Show more

  Booked a 7 day Ring Road tour and ended up having to rush Ring Road in 3 DAYS! They changed the trip the morning of without any notice. I’ve been on these group bus tours before so I knew what to expect, but this was not OK. No time to enjoy anything. Had to rush back to Reykjavík 2 nights earlier than planned and broken into 4 different trips. I had read the previous reviews so I knew the peninsula trip was separate but the 6 day tour should not have been spilt like that. Our guide was great but he was doing 12+ hours a day trying to get us around as fast as possible. Spent a lot of money for a bus ride around Iceland with occasional bathroom breaks with a view.Show more

We would, however, like to clarify that the Ring Road portion of the tour was completed over 4 days, not 3. Due to a low number of participants, operational adjustments were necessary, but this also meant you experienced an almost private tour for those 4 days, traveling with only one other guest. While the pace was understandably faster than originally planned, these changes were made to ensure the tour could still operate smoothly. We’re glad to hear you appreciated your guide’s hard work and dedication throughout the journey.   The six day tour was excellent. It was nice to go during the off season so our bus and sites were not crowded. However, we did have to skip one site in the north to get over a mountain pass due to weather. The hotels were clean and comfortable. The landscapes, waterfalls, and beaches were beautiful. We loved the icebergs on Glacier Lagoon. We saw the Northern lights twice. We loved the horse excursion and we saw a humpback whale on that extra excursion. The bath excursion was nice and relaxing too. Be aware the food in Iceland is very expensive. Our guide was good at getting us to markets when we wanted to get cheaper food. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved our little group and guide!Show more

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Unforgettable Adventure Despite a Rocky Start! My husband and I recently completed the 7-Day Iceland Ring Road & Snæfellsnes Peninsula Small-Group Tour, and we absolutely loved it! The Experience To be honest, we faced some significant stress before the trip began. After purchasing the 7-day tour, we received a confusing message stating our tour was canceled. When we reached out, we were told it wasn’t canceled, but there was a mix-up regarding whether we were on a 6-day or 7-day itinerary. Despite this unpleasant and stressful situation, we decided to push forward and we are so glad we did! Our Fantastic Guides On our first day, our guide Thomas had to pivot due to harsh weather. For our safety, he took us to the Borgarfjörður Silver Circle instead of the Peninsula. Thomas was incredibly nice, professional, and full of interesting facts. The next day, we were picked up by Sindri, and we adored him right away! Sindri truly made our trip unforgettable. His deep knowledge, great sense of humor, genuine care for the group, and passion for Iceland transformed the journey. We cannot recommend a tour with him highly enough you won't regret it! Service & Accommodations The Hotels: Every place we stayed was cozy, clean, and welcoming. Customer Support: Because the weather affected our first day, we contacted the office to see if we could still fit in the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. They managed to arrange it for us later in the trip, and we are so grateful we got to see that stunning part of the country. Final Verdict: Despite the initial booking confusion, the breathtaking sights and the world-class guides made this a trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Sindri and Thomas!Show more
