    Is the northern lights hunt included in this trip or do I need to hire a separate package?

      While there are no northern lights hunt included in this trip, and it's not possible to add while in the countryside, the guide will inform the group on the weather conditions and, if they are nice, you can see the lights from the hotel.

      If you want to join a guided tour, those depart only from Reykjavík.

      on day 4 of the tour around what time do we check in our hotel in Akureyri? I'm interested in doing forest lagoon and i was hoping to do it on the 4th day in the evening. I'm aware that another tour offers forest lagoon with the package but i want to know if it's possible for this tour.

If weather conditions are favorable, there's a good chance you'll witness this mesmerizing natural display during your tour with us. Most hotels also offer a Northern Lights wake-up call upon request at the front desk when the lights are visible. Please remember that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so their appearance can't be guaranteed. However, the best opportunities to see them occur between September and March when the skies are dark and clear.
