Looking to do an Amazon forest tour from August 10 - 13

Our Tambopata Jungle tour includes transfers from/to airport or bus station, 3 nights at Lodge, 3 breakfast/lunch/dinner, guided tour in English/Spanish, night walking tour, hiking to Lake Sandoval, kayaking, canopy, equipment for excursions, entrance fees to all sites visited

Do you offer 1 night and 2 days of touring? Also how far are you located from the airport? What about 2 days and 2 nights?

I have an injury and am not able to zipline, kayak, or do anything that involves constant movement on my left arm. Are there activities I can do while those events are happening? I am able to do hiking, boat rides, etc.

Where do I leave from

You can leave from the nearest international airport. To get to Puerto Maldonado, you will first to arrive in Lima (Peru capital) and then fly to Puerto Maldonado.

Is it OK to have the flight back at 13:15 from Puerto Maldonado airport? Pleas send me details about the room. Are the activities suite a couple over 60 years old?

Yes, your flight is ok to be at 13:19, you will be back in Puerto Maldonado around 11am and we can take you to the airport. Our Lodge is a complex of 18 buildings: 15 of them for the rooms, the looby / Bar, the dining room, the kitchen and other common areas. The infrastructure of the Lodge is built entirely using wood from the region. All the rooms are completely protected by meshes (they prevent the entry of mosquitoes). The single, double, matrimonial and family rooms are in the form of cabins (bungalows), the side that overlooks the forest or gardens has terraces or 2 large windows on each side, keeping them always ventilated. All rooms have a private bathroom and water in the showers which is supplied by the previously chlorinated and crystallized Madre de Dios River.

If we land in Puerto Maldonado at 11am, we will be picked up and taken where to wait for the tour to start? And if the tour ends at 1pm on Sunday, are we dropped off at the airport right away? Our flight would not be until 4pm that day so we would have a few hours. What do you recommend wearing and bringing on the tour?

You would be picked up from the airport, and taken to our office for check in and then taken to the port to take the boat to the lodge to start your program. On the wait back, you will be back in Puerto Maldonado around 11am, and would have free time until the time to take the transfer to the airport.

I'll be travelling with a group of 8 friends on 9th October, 2022 and want to book this trip as we feel that it fits our itinerary well and sounds wonderful too. The trip mentions that the flight should arrive before 13:00hrs but on 9th, we have a flight booked that lands at 13:00hrs. So we should be out of the airport by 13:15/13:30hrs. Would it be possible to pick us up at 13:30 please. We really want to do this trip with you and make it memorable for all of us. Looking forward to your reply asap.

  The FAQ says, "Yellow Fever is a shot that could be considered "required" in the legal sense and is the only one where you get a special certificate that may be checked by officials." I do not have this vaccination. Will I be accepted into the places on the itinerary? Should I be concerned with getting yellow fever?
