We make reservations for Highlights of the Holy Land Israel & Jordan & Cairo Tour - 13 Days" with Click Tours. Upon arrival at the airport we could not find our transfer to the hotel, as the tour was subcontracted by CTG. After over 1/2 hour of seeking for our transportation, we finally figured out by moving around and asking transportation reps holding signs. Our tour guide with CTG was fantastic and sites visited were all great. Two hotels were poor (Tel-Aviv, and Petra). The driver that took us from Israel to border with Jordan, overcharged us for country fee, he also delayed by at least one hour our crossing from Israel to Jordan because he decided to pick up a lot of passengers from another bus, thus we ended up arriving too late at Iman to appreciate some of the sights during daytime. Even worst, that driver was often reading text messages on his cell phone while driving a coach. CTG's staff in Egypt was very good, as well as food and hotel was decent.Show more

Our guide in Israel, Didza, was fantastic as was our guide In Cairo. However, due to the war situation in Israel things had to get adjusted and TourRadar/Click showed little initiative or logic in the new itinerary. As someone else pointed out in a review, we are all put in different hotels and time was wasted going from one to the other to pick up and drop off people. We had a very small group and ended up in hotels quite far apart in Cairo. They even left us dangling in Jordan without a guide for two days or even any communication until the end of the first day. At least in Amman, the hotels were next to each other and shared the same dining room. Because of the war, we needed to communicate real time with someone about our concerns and wishes and there was no way to do it. Israel, Jordan and Egypt had separate tour guides, drivers and even several people picking us up at the airport. It was very disorganized. They also had us originally flying to Cairo for a midnight arrival at our hotels and then an early start the next morning. We asked to change to an earlier flight and were hit up for $80 each change fee. Just ridiculous. There was little indication that Tourradar/Click are really travel agencies that care about their travelers. I will never travel with them again or refer them to anyone else.Show more

We started late. We took long lunches. We visited souvenir shops for hours on end. The tour was distributed between three companies. Shreek of Cairo was awful. I know when to leave tips. He doesn't have to keep reminding me. The tour guide and the driver in Israel constantly argued with each other. We visited as many as 5 or 6 hotels before they left us out. In Tiberias, this consisted of a 2 1/2 hour delay. We didn't do much. I never want to use a tour again.Show more

I am a solo traveler and the tour guide told to follow the people in front of me. Those people did not know exactly where to go so we walked several blocks out of our way until we found the place. There were children running the halls pounding on doors sitting in the hallway. I felt like I was in a hostel. The door handle came off in my hand. It was a horrible experience. I complained but, it seems to have fallen on def ears.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
