  How do you arrange hotel for 3 persons? Is there any discount for 3?

    For accommodation, there is no discount for three travelers unless a specific discount from Tour Radar is provided. Our pricing is per person.
    
    Travellers stay in twin-share rooms in quality 2, 3, and 4-star hotels. A twin-share room is set up for two travellers with separate beds and a private en-suite bathroom.
    
    For groups with an odd number of travellers, such as three people, the third traveller is usually paired with another solo traveller or someone from another group with an odd number, matched by the same gender. Please note that travellers under 18 are not placed in rooms with passengers outside their own booking.

    We regrettably do not have a Tour that covers those locations that you prefer. Although, we do have a few tours that goes to Italy and some other places which may pique your interest.

    We do have lots of tours of Italy which cover Assisi and Rome however they do not include Medugorje. You may instead need to consider a separate tour which covers Medugorje.

  6 of my friends booked this tour last month for a higher price, I believe CAD$3,725 per person. They are discouraged to see that the price is now CAD$3,521. That's about CAD$474 per person (Total CAD$2,844) I was wondering if we can do something for them, any adjustment, advice Ex. To cancel & rebook.

    We understand your friends' concerns regarding the recent price reduction. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the booking price after a reservation has been confirmed. The current discounted rate is a recent promotion and is only applicable to new bookings made while that price is available.
    
    If your friends are considering cancelling and rebooking, please note that cancellation fees would apply in accordance with the booking terms and conditions. The 10% deposit will be forfeited should they choose to cancel their original booking.
    
    Period before departure within which notice of cancellation by you is received:
    60 days or more before departure - Loss of deposit
    45 - 59 days before departure - 20% of tour cost
    30 - 44 days before departure - 40% of tour cost
    15 - 29 days before departure - 70% of tour cost
    14 days or less before departure - 100% of tour cost

    Both tours are fully guided, depart from Rome, and cover the same spectacular route through 7 countries: Italy, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Switzerland.
    
    Days 1–9 are largely identical across both tours:
    
    • Day 1: Rome → Venice (evening canal exploration)
    • Day 2: Innsbruck → Munich (Brenner Pass scenic drive + 3-course dinner)
    • Day 3: Munich → Rhine Valley (riverboat cruise + wine tasting)
    • Day 4: Rhine Valley → Amsterdam (windmill visit, cheese & clogs demo, canal cruise)
    • Day 5: Amsterdam → Ghent → Paris (medieval Ghent + Paris driving tour)
    • Day 6: Paris – Free Day (optional Paris Like Locals excursion)
    • Day 7: Paris → Burgundy (Beaune wine region) → Swiss Alps

    For your departure on Sunday 2 August 2026 for Europe Escape tour, the best arrival airports in Rome are:
    
    Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) – main international airport (recommended)
    Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA) – smaller airport, also an option
    
    Your tour meeting point is:
    
    BW Blu Hotel Roma
    Largo Domenico De Dominicis, 4, 00159 Roma RM, Italy
    
    From San Diego (SAN) to Rome (FCO or CIA), you will typically have 1–2 stopovers through major hubs such as Los Angeles, Dallas, or New York before arriving in Rome.
    
    We recommend booking a flight that arrives in Rome at least one day before the tour starts, to allow time for rest and any possible travel delays.
    
    From FCO (Fiumicino Airport):
    Taxi directly to BW Blu Hotel Roma (around 35–45 minutes depending on traffic)
    Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, then taxi (around 45–60 minutes total)
    Private transfer (most convenient option)
    
    From CIA (Ciampino Airport):
    Taxi directly to the hotel (around 25–35 minutes)

    The tour includes 11 nights in 3–4 star hotels, daily transport on an air-conditioned coach, and the services of a tour leader throughout the trip. Meals are also partly included, with 11 breakfasts and 6 dinners provided.
    
    You'll also get a great mix of included experiences, such as sightseeing in major cities (like Venice, Paris, and Florence), a Rhine River cruise, wine tasting in Germany, a canal cruise in Amsterdam, and guided orientation tours in key destinations.
    
    Flights, visas, travel insurance (purchase separately), some meals, and optional excursions are not included, but you'll have the option to add extra experiences during the tour if you'd like.
