We thoroughly enjoyed the tours! The Tour Guides were great! The buses were comfortable! The transportation/driver from and to the airport was great as well. We were a bit concerned that we were not informed that the Rotterdam tour was cancelled until we got to the ticket office. The ladies felt that it would be a good option to do another tour on the afternoon the Canal Cruise as the cruise was only and hour. We liked the hotel as it was close to the tour departure points. The Staff were amazing and the rooms were comfortable. While we had to ask for our room to be cleaned, it was done promptly. Thank you to each and everyone on the Tour Radar Team for your hard work in making this 75th Birthday trip the great experience that it was.

Lots of interesting places to visit,plenty of free time Helpful and informative guide Ibis schipol was not good,room not readywhen checking in ,sub standard buffet,no tea making facilities in room ,Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday,bar understaffed and ran out of wine glasses

Overall experience was Excellent! I would highly recommend it. It was perfect for me because it balanced coverage across multiple cities with comfortable travel arrangements, great Travel Director and Bus Driver, exceptional local guides, luxury hotels, great food and perfect amount of walking without making it an expedition.

The Tour Directors, especially Patrizia, get mentioned often for really knowing their material and managing the groups well. Though, not everything hits the mark - quite a few travelers mentioned they could skip the diamond center stop since it felt more like a shopping push than cultural experience. The Feniks barge situation is a bit more complicated. While some of our travelers loved gliding along scenic waterways with the friendly crew, others felt the cycling part needed work. The guided rides were too restrictive for experienced cyclists who wanted to explore at their own pace, and several mentioned the food was just okay - nothing special for a European river journey.
