  As it was only 3 days I would like to of seen more of a guided trip in Berlin as it was only 3 hours so did not feel it was money well spent we also got left to find our own way back to the hotel. the arrival night it would of been good to have te rep in the hotel early as it was I waited till 8pm and still never saw them and I had no information about meeting times for the next day, I did get a letter posted through my door This trip was not as organised or packed full of things to see and do as my last trip to Italy I felt the italy trip had more to see and do and better organised. I also had to email for my travel voucher and tour information this was not sent to me without requesting it Show more

This means that passengers have the option to join the itinerary at various locations, enabling them to be part of your group for a portion of the tour rather than the entire duration, as many of you may have different itineraries. In fact, this is highly enrichment, but we understand that perceptions may vary and that for you it was not the best option. It’s important to emphasize that all our circuits are managed this way, and you can find all the information is our website. Additionally, you have access to your booking and to the detailed itinerary where you can see the specification of your program day by day and that’s the schedule that we follow during the trip.   I booked and waited nearly a week for the confirmation. I got two different emails from tour radar stating that they had been in contact with Europamundo and advised them to get in contact with me. I emailed Europamundo a few times myself. I finally got a response. Europamundo is based in Spain, and conducts its tour mostly in Spanish and Portuguese. However there was translations available for English speakers. I will say the layout of the tour and activities are pretty decent and well organized. In Amsterdam we stayed at the Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport. It was nice, clean and the staff professional. Daily breakfast buffet was good quality. I missed the first activity due to my flight being delayed. I met up with the group at a diamond cutting jewelry place. I didn't see the point of this activity. I personally was bored. Afterward we boarded the bus which was nice and equipped with outlets to charge electronics. We did the city tour which was nice and scenic. After a while we arrived at Rembrandtplein. They give plenty of time to explore the sights. The next day we boarded the bus headed for Berlin. Be prepared the ride is scenic but long! If had would have known I would be on a bus 6+ hours I would have flown down and met the group in Berlin. However, we stopped in Hamelin which has a lot of stores restaurant and was a nice way to unwind. Upon arrival in Berlin late that evening we stayed at the Niu Flash hotel. I did not care for this hotel. There was no wifi. I asked for a wake up call and was informed that they don't do those. Upon returning to my room,I found out why there are no phones in the rooms. I didn't feel comfortable in the environment so I left the next morning without finishing the rest of the tour. I enjoyed the few parts of the tour I participated in. The jury is still out if I will ever use Europamundo again. But Tourradar was great as usual.Show more

We always provide our 24/7 hotline/WhatsApp/Supplier numbers on the voucher, so the passengers can contact us anytime, but unfortunately we did not receive any communications from your end to act upon this situation in real time, we only received one communication regarding the meeting point of the transfer which was answered. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the language barrier during your tour. Based on our terms and conditions available on our website all our overland routes, in group or private, unless otherwise noted, includes the accompanying of tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides, if so specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups will be able to be bilingual according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages. We appreciate your positive comments about the tour layout and activities, as well as the hygiene standards and professional staff of the Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport hotel. However, we are sorry that you did not enjoy the diamond cutting jewelry activity though many find it amusing We understand that traveling long distances might be inconvenient for some passengers but we always provide the distances between each point of the tour on the itinerary which is available to the clients before they purchase the tour. Regarding the Niu Flash hotel in Berlin, we apologize for the lack of wifi though, availability of wake up calls depend on each hotel´s policy.
