    This tour is a part of our 18-30somethings travel style, which is only available for travellers between the ages of 18 - 39 to book onto. Our other travel styles, such as Classic, Active, National Geographic Journeys, etc., do not have any age restrictions.

    This is an 18-30 something tour style and in regards to the accommodation style they are hostels which means multi share accommodation. You may be sharing accommodation with other travellers of the same sex. A single supplement is not available for this tour.

  Is there a space in the march 14 trip for 1 person still? I will need to be back to san jose on Saturday night to fly at 3AM from San Jose back to Houston TX, Can I be back to not miss my flight? what will be the cost then?

    Do you mind mentioning what activities are included in each day and what cost for a solo male traveller? Also if the hotels are set, which ones? Also I will be in San Jose on Mar 13 at 11 pm, how will i find the group and will I be taken back to San Jose Airport on March 21 at night? I have a flight booked at 5am on March 22?

    Please note this is a 14 days Itinanry attached. The trip I'm looking at is Costa Rica Ocean Waves and Sunsets? Also, I think I will need to be back to San Jose on night of March 21, will I get a ride back to airport on the night of 21-22 please?

    We can assist with a departure transfer however it is not included in the tour. You would have to pay to add it. Please note that tour is now in late request as it departs very soon.
    
    In order to request confirmation of the tou, we require the full payment and your acknowledgement that you agree to these terms, then sends the request to our local office to try and add you to the departure(s). It generally takes 2-4 business days to receive a response (though it can take 5-10 business days for Japan, Europe, Turkey and Roamies trips). If space is available, you will be booked and confirmed on the tour(s), if space is not available, then we can look at alternative tours/dates, or Tour Radar will issue a full refund if nothing else works for you. During this time, we recommend holding off on booking flights until the trip is confirmed, as most airlines have steep cancellation/change penalties.

    We cannot make any exceptions to this rule with our '18-30 Somethings' terms & conditions, it is a strict policy we must adhere to.
    
    At G Adventures we pride ourselves in finding the right trip for the right person - categorizing our tours into travel styles is just one way in which we can do this. In particular, for our '18-30somethings' tours, G Adventures is trying to cultivate a particular demographic.
    
    The majority of our '18-30somethings' tours have multi-share or very basic accommodations such as camping or hostels. The itineraries are fast-paced, have fewer included activities and instead focus more on the interpersonal aspect of travel. Additionally, to deliver the experience we advertise, G Adventures must enforce this age limit in fairness to other travellers in the group who may have specifically chosen this travel style, based on its age demographic.

    Our age restriction is strict and you would need to be between the ages of 18 and 39 to join this tour, If you would like I can have a look at our other travel styles that doesnt have a strict age requirement and send you some recommendations, please let me know.

    There is no way to upgrade hotels on the tour, this is an 18-39 tour where travellers will be staying in a mix of hotels and hostels in multishare rooms. Since this tour is a part of our 18-30somethings travel style, which is only available for travellers between the ages of 18 - 39 to book onto.

    Here is a list of the optional activities you can add: La Fortuna- Ecotermales Hot Springs (64USD per person), La Fortuna Waterfall Swim (20USD per person), Arenal Volcano Park Hike (53USD per person), Hanging Bridges (75USD per person).     Yes that is correct our tours are 18+ however we could put you in contact with our private groups team who could help find a tour that will work in that setting. We don't offer any customised tours, but we can run one of the tours selected from our website as a private departure for your group. Typical private group size is 8 or more.
