  We enjoyed our time in Pu Luong and Ha Long Bay. Communicationncia whatsapp from Realistic Asia was timely and highly responsive regarding driver pick-up times and transfers. Stayed in a rustic, artful & friendly inn in Pu Luong with great views of the rice terraces from our balcony. Also got assigned a gorgeous suite on Halong Bay cruise with stunning views. Loved the cooking classes in both places and the Tai Chi lesson at sunrise.Show more

  The tour was incredibly well organised, all transfers arrived exactly on time and the whole trip was very efficient. Long Pham checked in everyday to be sure the hotels were okay and the transfers were smooth. It’s a solo tour where you join a group for the Pu Long excursion and a different group for the Ha Long bay cruise. I was travelling alone and I met lots of wonderful people that I’ll stay in touch with from both tours. There’s also time to explore Hanoi and see the famous sights. If you’re debating whether to come, book it!Show more

  Overall this was a good tour. It was different from some other tours I booked in that you aren't with the same group the entire time. It's a bunch of little tour options that are customized for you. With that, Long Pham has excellent communication. Constantly reaching out, making sure I'm aware of the next step of the itinerary, asking me how everything is going. I was thoroughly impressed with his communication. The quality of the hotels were good and in good locations. I picked the middle level, which I'm sure affected it. The hotel location in Hanoi was good and it was easy to walk everywhere I wanted to. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel in Sapa was good. Breakfast was fine. The hike the first day wasn't that good, but I really enoyed the hike the second day. Make sure to bring good sneakers or hiking boots. The boat cruise to Ha Long Bay was nice. Very picturesque location. The boat is certainly showing its age. I could hear the people in the room next to me when they were talking. But considering I didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't matter. And the staff was amazing. The only part I didn't like was the drive to Sapa. It's a 6 hour bus ride. The bus quality was great. But the rest stops are questionable. You get a small snack, but you may want to pack some food for the road, or just buy some dry goods when you stop at the rest stops. I did eat at the stops and didn't get sick, but if you read the google maps reviews, others didn't have a good experience. If you only have a short amount of time to spend, this is a good option. Otherwise, consider one of the longer tours to spend more time in each place, or just reach out to the company and they'll customize a trip for you.Show more

  This tour perfectly showcased the beauty and culture of Northern Vietnam in such a short time. From the bustling streets of Hanoi to the breathtaking landscapes of Sapa and the serene beauty of Ha Long Bay, each destination was unique and unforgettable. One of the standout moments for me was trekking through the terraced rice fields in Sapa, where the scenery was simply stunning. The local interactions and the opportunity to learn about the customs of the ethnic minorities added a personal touch to the experience. We hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to return and explore more of this country.Show more

  Long Pham and Realistic Asia provided the most attentive service before and throughout our 6-day tour of northern Vietnam. The tour was expertly orchestrated, with door to door service and amazing guides along the way. The hotel staff at the scheduled stops were delightful. Service was top notch! I had trouble securing visas prior to the departure for our wedding in Thailand, but Long Pham was able to connect with the necessary folks to get our visa letters in time. I cannot thank you enough for making our honeymoon seamless and full of fun experiences.Show more
