3-Day Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay 5 Star CruiseI cannot recommend Up Travel Vietnam more than the experience that we had on this trip. From the beginning booking and communication with the flexibility as we were 100% sure if the dates yet everything was seamless. Hannah, and the operator, communicated with us extremely well and allowed us to do a more customised and personalised version of the trip which suited us very well. Everything that we did on the Tour worked extremely well. The guide was very fantastic. We had time to see and do everything that we want to if we wanted to stay longer somewhere and spend more time in a place that was possible. The tour of Hanoi and the trip to Ninh Binh were especially fantastic, these are days that ended up being some of our favourite on the entire three week holiday. Communication was simple and effective and text messages sent the night before and the guide was waiting on time. The trip through Ha Long Bay was also breathtaking. The food and boat were stellar and provided a great experience. I want to also mention that we ended up booking slightly different accommodation for ourselves, towards the end of the experience, out of personal preference - this was not a good idea, as the accommodation that was organized by Up Travel Vietnam was sensational and clearly very vetted compared to what we booked privately. We added in an extra day to rest at the beginning - this is very much needed after a 17 hour flight. And we further added in with some extra activities at the end this was very simple and painless. We also did a cooking class and coffee workshop. These were really fantastic experiences and were perfectly organized, including pickup, drop-off, and lovely staff members. The only caveat being that we had to bring cash for these. We would recommend this trip to our friends colleagues in the like - exceptional service and exceptional experience.
