The local payment covers the airport pick-up and bus transfer during the tour and some other local fees for a wholesome experience, which you pay us directly by credit card or cash on the first day.

My partner and I are celiac, I wanted to know if there is a possibility of having gluten-free meals on the trip.

I will take a note of gluten-free in the meals during the trip for you. During this Melody Of Mountain and Sea tour, you will join group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-14 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/transfer and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. Can I know the hotel category you want for this trip? 3-star, 4-star or 5-star?

Do I need a visa for travelling to Vietnam?

Individuals holding an EU passport from Germany do not require a visa for traveling to Vietnam if the duration of stay is less than 15 days (14 nights).

There was enough structure to get you from A to B but also sufficient free time to explore on your own. The tour guides, on board cruise staff, trek guides, drivers and private transfer drivers were all very professional and friendly and made my holiday a breeze. And the cherry on the cake was the invitation to dinner in Hanoi at an upscale Vietnamese restaurant. We were picked up and brought back. That was a really nice gesture, because the trip was over that day and we wanted to stay a day longer in Hanoi. We took home a very good impression of the country and the friendly and helpful people. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
