We were very please with the excellent organization of the tours. Selection of the hotels was great, all transfers organized perfectly, everything went smoothly an old on time. As my mothers flight was delayed, the team moved the Hanoi city tour for another day for her, which was very helpful. We were very satisfied with the tour and Long, our personal manager, was super helpful and supportive.
