  The trip was stellar, from beginning to end. Both Tour Radar and Legend Travel Group were consistently helpful and available when sorting logistics. Hotel was quiet and clean with fantastic breakfast and accommodating staff. Buses were on time to the minute, as were transport rides to and from the airport. The overnight boat cruise in Ha Long Bay exceeded expectations. And having a balcony made the voyage extra special. Danny, my on the ground in Hanoi Tour director was personable, efficient, and effective.Show more

  Our tour with Tourradar and Legend Travel Group completely met our expectations of a great Hanoi and Vietnam tour. The communications before and during the tour were great. Mr Danny met us each day to make sure there were no problems. We were able to see and experience every activity or site that was promised in the tour. The lodging provided was excellent and was centrally located. The individual guides at the various sites were easily understandable and very knowledgeable. Our tour included an overnight on Halong Bay. The boat was very nice with good food and plenty of activities. I would highly recommend Tourradar and Legend Travel Group for a tour of northern Vietnam.Show more

  This is a mix of good and not so good review. First, day 1 tour guide was excellent. He has all the energy to explain history and culture. We are all exhausted but satisfied. The second tour day ( Thrang An and the Pagoda) the tour guide ask us to place our review while we still in the van. I shouldn’t followed what he asked us to do but he was hovering around and just to stop him to do it we decided to do the review then. It was unfortunate too that my other sister and my niece was unable to come due to paperworks- but that is our issue. But what i feel is inconsiderate is that, the hotel where we are supposed to stay for 2 rooms and paid all throughout the trip were not utilized as such. The hotel La Dolce Vita allowed us to use the 2 rooms when we arrived but then asked us to squeezed in 1 room after the first day. Considering the fact that these are all paid in full prior to us coming. The travel agency - Legend group said they will reimburse me 10% of the cost since it was cancelled last minute but as of this time I haven’t received any reimbursed amount. I fell in love with Vietnam and planning to explore other parts of the country but I guess I wont be using again the same travel agency.Show more

  This was the first time my husband and I had been on a tour. We travel for around 6 months a year and normally organize everything ourselves. However, this was our first visit to Vietnam, and we only had a week, so we decided on a tour to experience as much as possible in that time frame. We couldn't have been happier! From the pre-tour correspondence with Tony, who answered all my questions promptly and satisfactorily, to our interactions with the tour co-ordinator Danny in Vietnam, everything was wonderful and ran like clockwork. The tours were informative and interesting, and the guides were friendly and efficient. The trip to Halong Bay was perfect. Accommodations in Vietnam and on the boat were first-class (we did upgrade on both). Altogether a fantastic experience and we wouldn't hesitate to book through Tourradar and Legend Travel Group again. Thank you for everything!Show more
