It was very nice. Staff was great!
- by Darlene PahedOur stateroom, the food, the ship, the Ukranian crew were all great! We were the only English speaking passengers and knew that the excursions would only be in German and that we would need to make our own way, which we did. However, before the cruise, Tour Radar administrators promised that announcements and events on the ship would be in English as well as German. They were not. We had to ask staff what an announcement said. We were left out of video presentations on the ship. Very disappointing.

Anique is great. Itinerary could be better
- by Campbell OlsonI had a really fun experience with is tour. I loved getting to hang out with people my age and exploring the best of what Europe has to offer. The only down side is having to sitting in the couch for hours at a time. Somedays all we did was travel from point A to B be and only had a few hours at the end of the day to explore.

I have a terrible experience with our tour guide in this tour. This is the 1st time that I have a terrible experience with a tour guide. He was incompetent, not knowledgeable with history. On a led orientation walk, He explaination was so confusing and after the sentence, not explaining properly he would say whatever or blahblahblah so I end up googling it myself whereI am not suppose to bec we have tour guide to explain to but no , We were from another country we do not know his country so if we asked him a placeto buy stuff close to the hotel where to go he only say just google it or I don’t know or hewould just shrug his shoulder. And we do not know all details for plan the next day too too confusing. I feel I do not like to go with Intrepid again after this horrible experience
- by sandeeFirst the positive. Olbia, Maddalena, and Bonifacio are beautiful. The waters are crystal clear. The sailing is amazing. The approach to Corsica is particularly stunning. The captain was extremely competent and we always felt safe. We only had 3 people plus the captain on the boat, which made the accommodations comfortable enough (8 people would have been way too many for me). On the not so positive side, the beaches were just ok and the snorkeling was unimpressive. We did not experience any walking trails nor much wild life. Breakfasts and lunches were all on the boat, as were 4 dinners. It was not our understanding that, literally, the captain’s only responsibility was to sail the boat. He didn’t help with paying for, preparing, or cleaning up after meals. With only the 3 passengers, this meant that on our vacation, we took care of him. We called him when lunch/dinner was ready and cleaned his dishes when we were all done. He didn’t seem particularly appreciative nor did he reciprocate in any way. He didn’t offer tips on walking trails or comment on wild life opportunities. He took the zodiac out once, on request. Basically, he dropped anchor and we were on our own. Overall, it was a beautiful trip but it didn’t totally live up to the expectations set by the itinerary.

I took the tour starting in Athens and saw the Southwestern sections of the peloponnesian and of Greece. I loved every moment of it, it was a turn in history. I met some very nice people as well. Stayed at some great hotels especially the amali in Delphi
- by Valerie Crawford MeyerThis tour of Sicily by Click Tours was extremely well done with a great array of activities. There were 4 couples in the group, and we all got along so well, that we went out as a group every night for dinner. My favorite activities were the Godfather tour, the town of Taormina, lunch at the winery, and the fact that all hotels were in the heart of the city. My least favorite was the trip to the top of Mount Etna, where the guide walked so fast, we never found him at the top of the mountain, and there was really not much to see. Breathing at altitude was a problem for 6/8 of us. If you go a day early, you can eat at the Taormina Four Seasons and relive the scenes from White Lotus. We had a great time and will use this company again for sure.

Good coordination to visit the places of interest, enough time to enjoy them. Hotels chosen were regular. Our guide in Marsala and Erice was exceptional.
- by roxanaHad a wonderful trip around Sicily with great guide Rita and the loecal guides who were very knowledgeable and informative. Rita really looked after us and made us feel special and cared for. Sicily was amazing and we were taken to the most incredible sights. The tour was extremely good value for money and the hotels were very good. I read a previous review where the customer complained about the bus not dropping them at the hotel door. This is because the buses can't access some narrow streets and we never walked more than about 100 metres. Everything was smoothly organised. Would highly recommend.

A decent tour that is basically accommodation and transport covered. Most days are yours to do as you wish. There are plenty of optional excursions and upgrades that we took up at extra costs. All the accommodation was in fantastic locations near trains and/or taxis. The Republic hotel in Rome was the definition of perfect. Great service, room and location. Beware in Europes winter some hotels turn off air conditioning and just have heating which in one case the room was quite stifling. The Rialto Hotel in Venice was at the foot of the Rialto Bridge so location was brilliant. We were in fits of laughter over the decor though! We upgraded to some private transfers and our driver Massimo in Como deserves a special mention for being the best! Absolute gentleman, extremely helpful and just the nicest man.
- by Leesa WilliamsonEnjoyed a beautiful vacation in Greece. Shell of a tour with not much included as stated. Ran into a few snafu's that were quickly and efficiently resolved by the tour company with care and consideration as well as cost refunds and room upgrade. Thanks Barb. This tour would benefit greatly from a couple of added excursions. Also of note, Galaxy Villa's in Crete should be avoided.

The tour guide was very knowledgable and the tour was well run. The only criticism I have is that when booking hotels or airport transfers above and beyond what’s in tour the company tries to get every penny out of you I example $130 airport Transfer versus $30 by tech cab.
- by Robert Di PaoloI loved our tour covering all major cities. Our guide throughout the tour was very kind and helpful. Only thing is that we expected 4 star hotel as it was written in the description but the hotel quality was 3 stars where people joining from south america stayed at better hotels. Signing up from the united states didn't give that option to stay at better hotels.

Everything worked as planned and occasionlly even better
- by vlad costiucOverall this tour was well thought out, organized and stop times were adequate. I have to say the highlight of the tour was Mert who consistently proved his efficiency, at one time the bus had to connect with a couple who were delayed at the start of the tour, a few people were added to the tour for a couple days and there was a medical emergency. As part of the group not affected, we barely noticed disruption, he also made sure to individually connect with all of us even though at times there was more than twenty people on the tour. (This tour was advertised as maximum 12) The communication with Tour Altinkum was very good, they responded promptly and clearly with any questions we had prior and during the tour. The hotel quality varied from okay to amazing, the bus driver was excellent, but the seats could have been more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed this tour.

Tour in Turkey was well organized and follow itinerary as stated transfers to and from airport on time and tour guides knowledgeable and cordial hotels were as promised overall a great experience the company used by TourRadar called City of Sultans were very organized and responsive overall great experience!
- by Juan ArmstrongThe only drawback to this tour was the timing of the flights on Cappadocia. Flights were in the evening or late night after the tour which ended early around 1 pm. We were advised to check out of the hotel before leaving for the tour so when we got back we were expected to wait in the "lobby" for 7-12 hours prior to the flight leaving. My hotels didn't have a lobby per se but an outdoor patio and it was cold. They did eventually come and take me back to the airport at my insistence but I was at a small airport for 7 hours which is untenable. It would have been better for the company to book the hotel for another day so patrons at least have the comfort of their own space. Other than that logistical problem, the tour guides themselves were informative and punctual. The buses and drivers were comfortable. I learned so much and would visit again.

Whilst I thin the places were interesting and some of the tour guides were very helpful and knowledgable the most unfortunate part is where they 'dump' you in the middle of the town centre and then tell you to make your own way back to your hotel. In smaller countries like Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania you can manage on foot to get back to your hotel however when in Poland and Warsaw it was a terrible shock in that we were 'dumped' at the old city and told to make our own way back some 6 klm away, so we could walk, take taxi or ride tram. The tram seemed to be the most economical but not knowing where to get off was up to us non speaking polish traveller. The Polish people were not interested in helping any tourists in fact we are seen as just a nuisance!!. For the next 2 hours I walked the pavement asking and trying to read the google map to find Raddison Blue Hotel in central Warsaw. I cannot believe that you think this is acceptable and this virtually spoilt the whole trip in addition to the fact that of the 12 people on the tour 9 were english speaking, 2 Portuguese and 1 spanish so guess what were english speaking tourists were then subjected to constant speech information in Portuguese/Spanish and then in the end the English speaing guide would provide some info. It became a monotonous drone of some foreign language for the benefit of the 3 non english speaking tourists. Would I recommend this trip/company ....NO.
- by Dana StantonOverall, the tour was EXCELLENT! All of the tour guides were wonderful. Spain was good, but I feel that my experience in Morroco was twice as good! Morroco has a lot of history, and I enjoyed learning more about Morroco's history and culture and visiting the municipalities of Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakesh. The optional excursions offered throughout the tour were excellent as well, and made my experience exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend this tour!!

Omg where do I start!!! A massive thank u to Halill our tour guide and our coach driver!! The information we received about each thing we seen was amazing!! The accomodation and food was awesome To b honest we never realized just how beautiful Turkey was.. highlight was hot air ballooning in Cappadocia! Definitely will b back for another tour
- by Kristy PetersFirstly I must say that I agree with the previous review left by Moira. My husband and I were actually on a group Easymade Turkey Tour. For our time in Istanbul we had the wonderful Can as our guide. He really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to give the best experience. We then became part of another group for the rest of our excellent tour. Our guide Goksu was very good, professional and looked after us very well but didn't join in socially with meals, photos etc. The extra Cappadocia balloon experience was amazing and is a must! We made friends in both groups and are planning to catch up with some in Canada and hopefully others in the UK next year. I want to thank the drivers as well who drove many hundreds of miles very safely.

Trip was good. Everything was as expected except hotel in last city had our reservation except it was for the wrong year and they had no available rooms.
- by Michael SelbyFirst, I missed somewhere in the description this was an independent tour, no guide. I was however able to have the freedom to do things I hadn’t originally planned. Hotels were good, and close to train stations!
