We work with carefully selected 4-star hotels across all destinations and offer two levels of accommodation — Classic and Upgraded — so guests can choose the level of comfort that suits them. You travelled on the Classic option, which includes the hotel portfolio listed in your itinerary. While we did offer an upgrade upon arrival, we fully respect your decision to stay with the original package. Your comments regarding hotel comfort, sightseeing balance, and the approach to sensitive historical sites are very important to us. We have already shared this feedback with our operations team and guide to ensure these points are addressed and improved for future departures. We also appreciate your reminder that travellers should review details carefully before booking, and we will continue working to ensure our communication about hotel standards, driving times, and included visits is as clear as possible.
