The delay was due to waiting for confirmation of your friends’ arrival details to ensure everyone was included. Our digital itineraries are designed as mobile-friendly links for easy access on the go, though we recognize that having a physical copy is often preferred, and we appreciate your understanding. Transportation: The transfers were arranged based on the group traveling together. Since your friends joined later and arrived on a different schedule, separate private transfers were needed, which unfortunately incurred extra costs. We sincerely apologize if this was not fully clear at the time of booking. Guide & Flexibility: All our guides are carefully selected and experienced. While they follow the planned itinerary to ensure smooth logistics, we regret that the flexibility you expected wasn’t fully realized. Your feedback regarding guide experience is very helpful, and we will continue to ensure we match guides to guests’ specific preferences whenever possible. Sumo Tickets & City Tax: Sumo seating is allocated by the association within specific zones, and while we always aim for the best available, exact seat positions cannot be guaranteed. Regarding the city tax, this is a local requirement payable at the hotel; we are glad our guide was able to assist in covering this on-site to minimize any inconvenience.
