Day 2, 3, 4, 9, and 10 include private vehicle transportation, making the days smooth and convenient with minimal walking required. Day 7 in Hiroshima involves sightseeing by public transportation with walking at a moderate level. For luggage, you would only need to manage your own luggage on Day 1 (airport to hotel), Day 8 (hotel to station to Tokyo hotel), and final day (hotel to airport).

Traveler•Written November 2025On the 8th day, will travelers need to bring their luggage on the train from Hiroshima to Tokyo? If so, what accommodations are available for those who either do not wish to carry their own luggage or have luggage that is too large for easy handling during train travel? Additionally, I have noticed that only breakfasts are included in the tour package. What guidance is provided to participants regarding their lunches and dinners?

You do not need to take your luggage to Hiroshima. For lunch and dinner, our guide will give you suggestions when you meet with him. Transfer costs are: Kansai Airport to Kyoto is USD240 per van per way, and Tokyo hotel to Narita or Haneda Airports is USD300 per van per way.

Asked on November 12th, 2025Question since this was offered as level 3 or level 4 grade hotels does this mean there will be two groups and a morning pick up drop off of the other group each day?, I am interested to see the cost of holiday if grade 3 hotels chosen, listing etc. So yes still interested, at this early stage have you any idea of group size? Yes must leave 23June 2026 as in Singapore for function on the 20th June, could possibly start on 22nd if required. Yes am looking at all options

The group size will not exceed 16 people, but typically we have around 8 travelers per group. This tour only includes 4-star hotels, and everyone stays together in the same group — there are no separate pickups or drop-offs for different hotel levels. For June 2026, there are currently three available departure dates: June 9, June 16, and June 23. You may choose whichever best fits your schedule.

Asked on July 24th, 2025Is this tour still available? Is it definitely going? I can take a bullet train to Kyoto to start the trip. There is no solo traveler option on the booking page. How much additional is the single supplement and how would I book, given that the room offered requires 2 travelers. I am also open to being paired with another female.
