Is it possible to have chichen on an earlier day?

We cannot move the visit to Chichen Itza on an earlier day as it is already fully organized.

I am wanting departure dates for this tour after the 22nd of Dec 2023.

Our production team is currently working on all 2024 dates and prices. They will be uploaded within the next couple of months.

Are you providing services for the required 24-hour COVID testing before departing Mexico in order to board return flights to the USA? If yes, please explain how the process works. Do airline travelers need to have a COVID test within 24 hours of departing the USA to enter Mexico on your tour?

At the moment, to enter Mexico, there are no requirements (test or vaccine). You will have to verify with the airline you will use if there are restrictions regarding the flight. Regarding requirements to return to the USA, if needed, our local operators will assist you to get tested at the hotel before flying back.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Wingbuddy. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
