CORPORATE INFORMATION
Wingbuddy Inc. is a Canadian corporation that is licensed in the province of Quebec and governed by the OPC, and we adhere accordingly to all of their requirements and regulations.
FOUNDERS
Wingbuddy’s founders carry over 10 years of experience by managing their 33 year old sister company. Both passionate travellers, they have thoroughly studied each and every destination offered, in order to deliver the most complete packages.
Questions & Answers
Is there a minimum or maximum age to go on a Wingbuddy tour?
There is no minimum or maximum age for Wingbuddy tours. However, solo travellers MUST be 18 years or older.
Once I book, do I receive an invoice?
Yes, we send an invoice to all travelers.
Where can I find additional information, such as dress code, currency and other relevant questions regarding my trip?
Please refer to your package page under the FAQ tab. Most answers to your questions are there!
Is it possible to add optional excursions after completing my reservation?
Yes, it is possible to add optional excursions at least 2 weeks before departure. Please contact us via your booking. The best is to book your optional excursion upon completing your booking, you can also book some excursions at the destination.
If I need to cancel my trip, how do I proceed?
We require a written cancellation confirmation on your booking page. Our team will send you a cancellation letter for your insurance if required. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details regarding our cancellation policy.
What are the Covid-related restrictions for my trip?
Entry requirements differ for each of the countries in our packages. All information regarding entry requirements will be provided with the final documents 1-2 weeks before your departure. As these are constantly evolving, we highlight recommend that all passengers consult their destination countries' government-issued guidance. The same is required for your return home.
How do I make a new reservation with my Wingbuddy credit?
If you have a Credit for Future Tours with us, you can view the credit on the Booking Conversation Page via "Modify Booking" on your original booking. You can also note the Book by and Travel by dates located on the original Booking Conversation Page to help you make a decision regarding your next adventure with us.
Is insurance required?
While not required, insurance is highly recommended. Most of our travelers book their trip many months in advance making the likelihood of something happening between the time a guest books their trip and the time of travel, unexpected events could happen to the guest, a family member, or a traveling companion which could prevent them from going and cause financial loss.
When will the hotel names be shared and are they guaranteed?
Hotel names will be shared on your travel voucher to be received one or two weeks prior to departure. Hotels may be changed without notice while always maintaining the chosen categories
Is the departure guaranteed? Is it possible that Wingbuddy cancels the trip because not enough passengers have booked it?
Most of our departures are guaranteed. It is very unlikely that Wingbuddy cancels the package for this reason.
Is it possible to modify the flights included in the package (depart earlier or return later) or deviate the flights?
Before the booking, yes. Our sales team will be happy to customize your package if you wish to stay longer at your destination, come back from a different airport, or add a flight if needed. Ask your agent when making your reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes or upgrade the plane ticket.
When will I receive my plane tickets and other travel documents?
After you have reviewed the confirmation, you receive the plane tickets within 72 business hours. The rest of the travel documents (vouchers, tour itinerary, train tickets) will be sent 1 to 2 weeks prior to departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions prior to confirming the booking on TourRadar.
Once I book, is it possible to change my departure date?
No, once your package is booked, the date cannot be modified.
Do I need a visa to travel?
Whether you need a visa or not depends on your citizenship and your destination. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the right documents to enter/stop in a country. For some of our packages (Egypt, Jordan, Vietnam) we take care of the visa for you and/or let you know how to obtain it.
Do I need vaccines before traveling?
We recommend checking with a travel clinic as soon as you book your package, as some destinations require shots several weeks in advance.
