Which parts of the trip do we need to plan or organize ourselves? Do we need to book the flights on our own, or are they included in the travel package? How is the transfer from the airport to the accommodation arranged – is this organized, or do we need to take care of it ourselves? Which excursions are included in the package price? How much of the trip is accompanied by a tour guide, and how often is the guide available on-site?

We take care of everything for you! The only things you would need to worry about is what you would like to do each day as there are no excursions included and you would need to book your flights. You would have to book the flights on your own as we do not include the flights. We will take care of your transfers. Once you confirm the package with us and then purchase your flights, we will ask for you for a copy of your flight itinerary this way we can coordinate your pick up and transfers. This package is a freedom package. Which means, we take care of all the logistics for you however, once you arrive, you have the freedom to explore these beautiful islands at your leisure. As previously mentioned, there will not be a tour guide included. If you need any assistance while at destination, we will provide you will emergency numbers.

Can we request separate beds in our room?

We will request separate beds at all hotels for your stay.

Is there a specific dress code for the trip?

There is no particular dress code for Greece, but some restaurants may require guests to wear formal clothing.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We can send a driver to pick you up at the airport upon your arrival.

How do we update our flight details?

Please send your exact flight details as soon as possible for us to adjust your transfers.

Can you assist with arranging accommodation before the tour?

Yes, we can arrange an extra night in Athens before the tour starts.

Are all ferry transports high-speed?

The ferry connections vary; some are high-speed while others may not be.

What is the cancellation policy for the tour?

Up to 60 days before departure, you forfeit 20% of the tour cost; for cancellations made 59 days prior, you forfeit the entire amount.

Is it possible to add extra nights in Athens at the end of the trip?

We can add nights in Athens at the beginning or at the end of the tour. Please advise the desired number of nights and I will add them to this booking page.

If i would have been provided the itinerary before booking to review the hotel selection, i never would have booked this trip. As it was you get the itinerary 5 days before you travel. 4 hotels in this package. In Athens they had us at the Parnon Hotel in the ghetto. Graffiti everywhere and human waste just outside the hotel. Felt apocalyptic. Not safe. In Paros they put us at the Panorama Hotel. Dirty, unkept, nasty front desk staff. Shower so small could not wash below knees, and leaked everywhere. Looked out onto the big garbage cans and very busy street. No star hotel. No chance to move rooms. In Naxos they had us at Princess of Naxos, in the basement, mold smell, damp, looking at a concrete wall. No chance to move rooms. Cats and dogs waiting for your food at breakfast. Cat bit my leg. 1000s of water bugs in the pool. In Santorini, pleasant staff and slightly better room but shower leaked, looked out over construction site. Of the four hotels this one was ok. This was my second Wingbuddy trip. The first doing north south Italy was OK. But this Greece trip has me put off Wingbuddy. They farm the organization of the trip to local companies who book the cheapest accomodation to improve profits. Its this way for all trips. Be careful with Wingbuddy.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Wingbuddy. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
