Does this tour include going to the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Is there a FAM/discounted price available for me, the travel agent?

Although we do not include the Tower of Pisa as this package is a freedom tour, they will have all this time at leisure to explore on their own. They can purchase this excursions ahead of time online otherwise, they can also do this once at destination through their hotel reception. We also do not offer any additional discounts unfortunately.

What excursions are included. will I be required to purchase these here in the US? What about wifi??

This package is a freedom tour, which means they include all transportation, transfers, hotels and more. However, you get to explore Italy on your own as there are no excursions included. You may decide to purchase these excursions online ahead of time or you can book them upon arrival with the assitance of your hotel reception as well. Wifi will be available at every hotel and when roaming around, you may also be provided with Wifi in local restaurants or cafes as well.

What additional costs should I consider during the tour?

You should consider local taxes, which range from 2 to 8 euros per passenger per night, payable at hotel checkout.

Are airport transfers included in the tour package?

Airport transfers are not included as part of this tour package. You will need to arrange your own transport or use local services.

What is the cost for children aged 1 and 3?

Although we have rebates for children, for a family of 4, we would have to book 2 separate rooms as we don't have quadruple rooms.

What type of accommodation is used during the tour?

Accommodations typically include hotels rated at three stars or above, ensuring comfort and quality.

What transportation is used between tour locations?

The tour typically uses private buses to transport participants between locations. This provides a comfortable travel experience.

I wondered how we co-ordinate flights to start - do you book these as an extra ? I have not done this type of holiday before, I will be travelling with my grand daughter who is almost 16 and we would idealy like a twin room rather than double bed - is this possible ?

Regarding the flights, they are not included in the tour. You may get your own air and your airport pick up and drop off transfers will be scheduled accordingly. We will request 2 separate beds at the all the hotels.

What currency is used in Italy? Can I use US dollars?

In Italy, the Euro is the used currency. US dollars are not accepted. Credit cards are widely accepted, but it's a good idea to check with your bank about any potential fees.
