Asked on February 5th, 2025Is this tour doable for my mother? She is 83 years old, able to walk. moderately slow. without any aids or sometimes with a walking stick. she is able to walk far but just moderately slow. Please advise.

To answer your question, non of our tour are too strenuous. This package is rated 2 out of 5 in terms of intensity. There are some easy physical activities (walking) included in your trip but no physical preparation is required to make the most of the journey. If she is able to walk a few kms a day with breaks in between, she will most definitely be good to go.

There will be a maximum of 50 passengers on the tour if it is completely sold out. As mentioned previously, if she is able to walk a few kms a day with breaks in between, she will be okay.

Asked on January 24th, 2025Is transportation always provided? Do I need to find my own transportation at any point during this tour? Is there always a place to store our luggage...on a bus or hotel...we do not want to be dragging our lugage around as we tour. Can I get more specifics about the tour regarding sites we actually go inside of or just drive through. Also there are 3 of us. Are ther accomodations for 3 people?

We will take care of all the transportation/transfers for you from the airport, hotels and from city to city. You will never have to worry about lugging your baggae with you as it will either be stored at the hotel or in the bus as well. We include the following entrences, Jeronimos Monastery, Visit Bolhão Market + Walk along Santa Catarina Street, Flores Street, Stock Exchange Palace, cross the river by S. Luis Bridge and walk to Wine Cellars, Wine tasting in Porto, 1 hour Boat tour on Douro River, Wine tasting + lunch. We do offer triple occupancy for this package.

The hotels included are: -in Lisbon at the Miraparque 3* hotel (or similar) in a standard room -in Porto at the Tryp Porto Centro 3* hotel (or similar) in a standard room. Regarding the flight times, you may book flights arriving on September 12th and returning on the 19th at any time, your transfers will be arranged accordingly. September 12th is the arrival day, the tour starts the next day in the morning.
