It was then impossible to reach anyone at the agency: the company did not provide any numbers or emails for its agents. We call the emergency number: a recorded message informs us that the office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. How convenient! The day after the scheduled departure, no call from Wingbuddy. A simple e-mail informs us that the agency will not be issuing any credits or refunds. After consulting with the Office de la protection du consommateur, it seems that the only solution, should we be unable to reach a settlement with Wingbuddy, is to go to Small Claims Court to obtain some form of compensation.Show more
