Can you put together a private trip for two friends traveling to celebrate a birthday? They want Ubud and a beach destination. I'm familiar with Seminyak but if you have another recommendation let me know. They would want more luxury properties perhaps in UBUD rooms with plunge pools. Not too much sight seeing. They want to visit the Bali Swing and temples. They don't want to change hotels too often so one hotel in Ubud and one hotel at the beach destination. If possible adult only resorts.

In this case, I can offer you our wonderful Bali Dream Trip. This includes 8 night in Denpasar, 4 nights in Lombok and 2 nights in Ubud all in 5 start hotels/resorts. We also do not offer private tours for 2 passengers however, they do have lots of time at leisure. For the excursions included, it would be a maximum group size of 30 passengers.

What am i supposed to do for 13 days? There is no list of activities nor tours for each day. Do i have to pay extra for activitioes? I dont want to be left alone and having to try and figure everything out myself.

In Bali, you can definitely enjoy relaxing on the beach, visit temples, enjoy a massage, take hikes through the jungle...

As there are 5 excursion already, meaning 5 days correct, the other 5 days would they be free days to do any other excursions? During the Day 1 to 11 For example me and the group I am hopefully planning to come with like the to do the famous Bali Swing, Pura Lempuyuang, Elephant Park and Jungle Buggies with Mason Adventures... would this be able to be done on days we are not on the tours main excursions?

You are better off getting a private driver or taxi. Someone who really knows the island. Our tour guide who was responsible for us was not very good. As described on their website about English speaking and knowledgeable and not very helpful. Prior to our departure there were issues when questions were asked to Wingbuddy they always said they would get back to us. Some times they did and sometimes they did'nt. Received incorrect information multiple times, very frustrating. Once they get your deposit it's a different ballgame. Beware!Show more

This was a great trip overall and wonderful value for the price. I found the Hotel Ananda in Ubud a bit difficult due to long paths and uneven stairs/ steps. We arranged with our guide some minor changes to the tours which he accommodated. Our driver was amazing in the traffic.   For 4 people, we must book 2 rooms and will request adjoining or connecting rooms at both hotels. Your airport transfers will be scheduled according to your flight details, no matter what time you arrive / leave. Make sure to book flights to and from DPS (Denpasar). I am not able to recommend any platform in particular to book your flights. Just make sure you look at the number of connections and layover duration.
