- BBee· December 22nd, 2025Very disappointed. This is not a guided holiday,we were taken to various sites and given a meeting time and place to meet back up,so you were left to your own devices, not guided! Other total disappointment was the visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace,it clearly states in the holiday details that you will get the opportunity to dress up in a hanbok to tour the palace and this is an unmissable experience, and was one of the reasons I booked this holiday, this did NOT happen, I did tell the guide I wanted to do this but was just ignored,on complaining to Dragon Trip they said I should have asked the guide,I DID!! Onto the karaoke, didn’t happen in Seoul, was given some excuse and told it would happen in Busan,it did,but we were shown to a karaoke room, everything was in Korean,no English translation and the guide said he wasn’t staying to help and translate so this didn’t happen either, another disappointment. The cycling tour was done at a stupidly fast pace, some of the group were left behind because he went at such a fast pace, plus the cycle tour was done in the dark with no lights on the bikes in a packed tourist area on both paths and roads,an accident waiting to happen. On two occasions we were left to find our own breakfast with a budget of about £5,enough to buy a coffee and we had to get receipts and constantly ask for the amount back from the guide. I have complained to Dragon Trip, but I just came up against a brick wall with excuses and they even said that I should have told the guide that I wanted to dress up in a hanbok,I DID ASK!! I had booked this holiday on the description given within the holiday details and the activities included and was a holiday of a lifetime for myself. In conclusion I was disappointed in Dragon Trips response to my complaint and they made it clear that I was lucky that they would give me £200 each back. This totally does not make up for the activities that did not happen and the fact that this was really a self guided tour, the description of the holiday should be truthfully described as the activities and unmissable experiences may happen or not depending if the guide feels like it. The Dragon Trip has now changed the description of the visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace, this shows that the tour of the Palace that I got was not what was described in the original tour description.Show moreTrip date: November 2025

Asked on December 14th, 2025Why does it only show 9 travelers when I entered 9 adults and 8 children ages ranging from 17-5yrs
The Dragon TripOperator•Written December 2025While we appreciate you're eager to bring your children along, this can only accommodate guests aged 18-75. The guests that book this trip do with so with the expectation that there will be no children on the trip. As an alternative option, you might be interested to join our Korea Family Adventure: 9 Days of Unforgettable Memories which can accommodate guests aged 7-70, with some flexibility.

Traveler•Written November 2025yes! I am still interested, we are thinking Sept/Oct 2026, is it good time weather wise to Travel? We may be a group of 6 to 10. Is there a way I can be in direct communication with you rather than through tourradar?
The Dragon TripOperator•Written November 2025September and October are very popular months to visit South Korea. The weather is cooler than the summer months, but still warm and dry. The response time for any enquiry you make through TourRadar is the same as it would be if you were to email use directly. We have direct access to the communication on this chat portal.

Asked on October 5th, 2025I am wondering if you could send me a tour suitability form. My daughter and I are looking at this trip, but she has a disability. Offhand, she would not be able to do the biking. If there is a better trip for us, could you please point it out to me?
The Dragon TripOperator•Written October 2025Thanks for getting in touch enquiry! It's great to hear you and your daughter are interested in joining our 10-Day Premium South Korea Adventure! I've attached the Tour Suitability Form to this conversation. If you could share as much information about her disability as possible, we'll do our best to accommodate her on the trip if we think it's possible to do so. Once you've completed the form, I'll pass it onto our operations team who will decide if they think the trip will be a good fit for her.

Asked on August 18th, 2025During the Temple visit, do we have to participate in the chanting and meditation? For the cycle tour, do they have bicycles that have three wheels or double person bikes?
The Dragon TripOperator•Written August 2025You don't have to participate in any of the activities you don't want. We understand not everyone is going to enjoy everything on the itinerary. You should enjoy the tour as you want to. You don't have to participate in the chanting and meditating at the temple. I've contacted our team in Korea to check if there's a tandem bike or tricycle for you to use. If you cannot cycle, you can opt to explore the old town on foot independently. The old town is small and easy to navigate. Around 1.30hrs walk is enough to cover the main sights. Ask for directions from your leader.

Traveler•Written August 2025Do you have this trip available in June 2026 or July 2026 for 4 people?
The Dragon TripOperator•Written August 2025Yes, we have the following start dates available for around June and July 2026: 21-May-26, 4-Jun-26, 11-Jun-26, 25-Jun-26, 2-Jul-26, 9-Jul-26, 13-Aug-26. There's still availability for the 4 of you to join one of these dates. My team have informed me there are no tricycles or tandem bikes available for the cycling tour. The only other option would be a walking tour of the city.
