My sister and I visited Korea for the first time and booked this tour as a way to make sure we had a well rounded introduction to the country, the culture, and the history. We are both extremely happy and impressed with the experience we had this past week on the all inclusive version of this tour. Ahead of the tour, the HanatourITC team was super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I felt like I was prepared for the tour and had properly set expectations for how it would go. Our guide Mark (team Mark!) was wonderful. He was engaging, enthusiastic, and had an infectious energy which kept everyone’s spirits high. He shared a ton of information about Korea and kept us laughing with his uncle jokes throughout the week. Our driver, Mr. Kim, made sure we had a safe, smooth, and comfortable ride the whole time. I think the content and flow of the tour were very well designed and had something to capture the various interests of the group. I enjoyed that we got to get our steps in every day and that the schedule created time for rest without feeling like we were idle or missing out on something.
