I am interested in South Korea. I have been to Seoul, and I am interested in exploring outside of the city center.

For our South Korea Express, we require minimum of 2 people to guarantee departure. Also we require a single supplement at the time of booking.

Am looking at either the 9th and or 16th Nov trips and wondered if they are confirmed departures. I am a solo traveller. If they are, are you able to tell me what the rough age range is for the tour at all?

Unfortunately we need a minimum of one month's notice to put a booking into place. Please advise us if you can move your dates to early December.

How do we travel between cities during the tour?

You will be traveling with our tour bus and you can leave your luggage until the next check-in.

Is there a single supplement fee if I travel alone?

Yes, there could be a single supplement fee for solo travelers, depending on the accommodation type chosen.

I was hoping you could help me with regards to luggage on the trip. My sister and I would like to do this trip, but she will be traveling from London and I would be traveling from Belgium - we would then have a big suitcase and most likely a carry on as well. Would that be a problem? Or is a big backpack better?

No there won't be an issue with one large suitcase and one hand carry on the tour.

What is the minimum and the maximum number of people on tour?

Minimum of two people to guarantee departure, Max number 30pax in peak season.

I really loved this South Korea Express trip through MWTours and Tour Radar! It was pretty fast paced and the group covered a lot of ground in just a week, but I got to see so many things that I probably wouldn’t have seen on another tour or by myself. Our guide was also really great! He provided lot of good information on the sites we were visiting and brought us to good places for lunches. All of the accommodations were really nice as well, and we had rides booked to and from the airport, which was awesome. My only gripe is that the DMZ tour took a little longer than expected (we thought it would only be half day but it took all day), so we got less time in Seoul than we originally planned. My suggestion to anyone booking this tour would be to book extra days at the end of the tour just for Seoul. But other than that I loved the tour!Show more

The tour on the whole was good. The only hotel I would change is the Koreana. Firstly their staff know very little English and they are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Also this hotel is situated right where most of the protest rallys occur so all roads leading to it especially on the weekends are closed. The hotel staff make no effort to help their guests check in or check out. Even though our room was available 2 hours before check in time they wanted to charge us an additional fee to check in early after we had an awful time trying to get to their hotel with all the roads closed because of the protest rally.Even on the day our tour started the tour guide could not meet us at the designated spot because the roads were closed due to the protests. The guide got to us about 25 minutes later than what was agreed.Show more

We got to see how the Korean people live their everyday lives and learnt how its complex and difficult history has helped shaped the Korea of today. Fraser Place Hotel was great, right in the middle of all the action....we loved it and were so glad we took a few extra days to do things we did not have time to on the trip.
