Itinerary
- Day 1
Amid Hotel Seoul to Gongju
You'll start at 8:00 AM with a pickup from Amid Hotel Seoul. The drive takes you to Gongju where you'll walk through Gongsanseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with significant historical importance. From there, you'll see the Tomb of King Muryeong and spend time at the Gongju National Museum, which holds over 10,000 cultural artifacts including 19 National Treasures. Later in the afternoon, you'll head to Jeonju for your overnight stay.

- Day 2
Jeonju
Your morning starts in Jeonju Hanok Village, where you'll walk through streets lined with more than 800 traditional Korean houses. You'll try on a Hanbok (Korean National Costume) for photos and memories with your group. Next, you'll visit Gyeonggijeon Shrine, built in 1410, which displays the portrait of King Tae-jo. After lunch, you'll head to Baegyangsa Temple in Naejangsan National Park near Jangseong. The mountain setting offers nice scenery, and you'll have tea and a conversation with a monk. You'll grab dinner and return to your hotel in Gwangju by evening.

- Day 3
Gwangju to Busan
You'll start your day at the Boseong Green Tea Plantation, known for high-quality tea production and popular with visitors. You'll try Boseong Green Tea Ice Cream while you're there. After lunch, you'll drive to Suncheonman Bay, a coastal wetland with reed fields and an important stop for migratory birds. The bay holds the distinction of being Korea's first coastal wetland designated as a Ramsar Wetland in 2006. Later in the afternoon, you'll continue on to Busan for your overnight stay.

- Day 4
Busan
You'll begin at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Busan, the only UN cemetery honoring UN Command casualties from the Korean War. After lunch, you'll check out Jagalchi Market, Korea's largest seafood market with lots of activity and vendors. From there, you'll walk through Gukje Market, which sells unique local items and souvenirs. Before evening, you'll take the Songdo Sea Cable Car ride with views of Songdo Beach, Namhang Bridge, and the surrounding coastline. You'll have free time in Busan for the night.

- Day 5
Busan to Gyeongju
You'll start with Nurimaru APEC House on Dongbaekseom Island, which sits among camellia trees and shows contemporary design. You'll then travel to Gyeongju and have lunch when you arrive. You'll spend time at Bulguksa Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a key example of 8th-century Korean Buddhist architecture. Next, you'll see the Daereungwon Tomb Complex, believed to be where kings and court officials were buried. You'll visit the Gyeongju National Museum to see relics from the Silla kingdom, and finish at Cheomseongdae Observatory, a 9-meter tall cylindrical structure built during Queen Seondeok's reign. You'll settle into your hotel in Gyeongju for the night.

- Day 6
Gyeongju to Andong to Pyeongchang
You'll leave Gyeongju early for Daegu to experience Korean traditional culture at Momyeongjae. You'll learn to make traditional teatime snacks from experts while you're there. Then you'll travel to Andong and walk through Hahoe Village, one of Korea's most well-known folk villages. The village sits surrounded by the Nakdonggang River and is home to descendants of the Ryu clan of Pungsan. You'll finish the day driving to Pyeongchang with dinner along the way.

- Day 7
Pyeongchang to Jujeongol Mt. Seorak to Seoul
You'll head from Pyeongchang to Jujeongol of Mt. Seorak, which offers fall colors and interesting valley and rock formations. You'll do some hiking in this scenic area, then have lunch at a local restaurant. You'll return to Seoul Insadong by around 6:00 PM to wrap up your tour.
