Can you provide arrival and departure transfers? If so, could you please share the pricing details?

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten May 2026

It is possible to join the DMZ tour after the main tour ends. However, since the DMZ tour operates in the morning and returns to Seoul around 5:00 PM, it cannot be arranged on Friday, the final day of your tour. Additionally, the DMZ is closed on Mondays, so bookings are only available from Tuesday to Sunday. Please note that the DMZ tour may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as military training or changes in the security situation.

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten May 2026

It is also possible to add a transfer service. However, the rate may vary depending on the number of passengers. Will all 6 participants arrive in Korea on the same flight? If everyone arrives together, it may be better to arrange one vehicle for the group. Once we receive your reply regarding this, we will provide the transfer quotation.

The tour on this date is confirmed to depart. Our Discover Korea Tour is designed to be suitable for participants of all ages. For the dates in June, the tour usually operates with groups of around 8–15 people, with most guests coming from English-speaking countries such as the U.S., Australia, and Canada. The price you mentioned, USD 1,570 per person, is for the Essential package, which does not include meals (free dining) and provides 3–5 star hotel accommodations. The October 17 tour is confirmed to depart. Our tour departs even with just one participant, but there are already around 10 people booked for that date, and since it is the autumn peak season, we expect more participants to join. The Pre-DMZ Tour is available at USD 40 per person. It takes place on the Friday before the Discover Korea tour begins (October 16), departing in the morning and returning to Seoul at around 5:00 PM the same day.

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten March 2026

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten March 2026

Our maximum group size is up to 35 people, so there is still availability at the moment. The Pre-DMZ Tour can be booked through us. It takes place on October 16, departing at 9:00 AM and returning to central Seoul at around 5:00 PM. As for the cancellation policy, a full refund is available up to 30 days before the tour departure. However, please note that a US$30 cancellation fee (TourRadar system fee) will still apply.

I assumed meals were included in the $2152 (a bit sneaky!) but it looks like it's about $550 more. We want to eat locally. Is the food included Korean food or western food? Not sure what to do. What do you suggest? What do most people do. We don't want to stray if most of the group is eating together.

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten March 2026

This tour was originally offered only as an all-inclusive package. We have since introduced the [Essential] package to provide greater flexibility and allow guests to choose the option that best suits their preferences. The main difference between the two packages is the hotel category (3–5 star vs. 4–5 star) and whether meals are included. Meals are generally Korean cuisine, and Western dishes such as pizza or pasta are not typically provided. Lunch and dinner are not included, except for hotel breakfast. Meals will be enjoyed independently, with the following two options: Dine at the same restaurant as the guide and other participants, paying separately on-site. Alternatively, You may explore nearby cafés or restaurants using Google Maps or similar apps, within the scheduled time. To stay on schedule, we recommend dining at the same restaurant as the guide. If you wish to dine together with other participants, please inform the guide in advance. Please note that in certain areas, dining options may be limited to a single restaurant.

Even the hotels are different? I figured the hotels were the same standard as we will be travelling as a group. If they're different hotels are they close to each other? Can you send names/photos of the hotels in the Essential so we can get a better idea of the standard?

    • HanaTour ITCOperatorWritten March 2026

The hotels are located close to each other, as the guide needs to assist all guests with check-in and check-out. You can find the hotel list for each package option by opening each day's tab and referring to the "Accommodation" section. In the Essential version, the hotels used are located in the same areas (within walking distance) as those in the All-Inclusive version. While the All-Inclusive version uses higher-tier hotels, the hotels in the Essential version are by no means inferior quality. The hotels that differ between the two versions are: Day 1: Gloucester Hotel Jeonju, Days 3–4: Ramada Encore Haeundae Hotel, Busan, Day 6: Ramada Hotel & Suites Pyeongchang
