Dear Alex, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to assure you that our guides are well-prepared and trained to manage bilingual groups. We understand your concern about the frequent changes of tour guides and buses. Due to operational reasons, not all buses follow the same routes, and we have various changes and incorporations, so these changes are sometimes necessary to accommodate different segments of the tour and ensure all services run smoothly We regret that you found the English language proficiency of our guides unsatisfactory. We strive to provide high-quality service in both languages, and your feedback will help us improve. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Europamundo team

Dear Rosemary, Thank you very much for sharing your input about your trip. We are delighted that you enjoyed your experience with our guides. We have conveyed your comments to Antonio and Mitchiko, and they extend their gratitude to you for your kind words. Regarding the issues you experienced with Simon, we have provided a 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp number on the passengers' voucher to report any issues faced during the tour. Unfortunately, we have not received any communication from you on these designated channels. Had we received a report earlier, we could have addressed this issue and resolved it with the guide. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced because of this matter. We regret to hear that some parts of the tour did not meet your expectations. At Europamundo, we prioritize transparency. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive itinerary outlining the details of every aspect of the tour, such as the approximate duration of each visit, included entrances where applicable, distances between each point, guided tours, free time, etc. This information helps our valued clients make informed decisions based on their preferences and pace. Our itineraries are available on our website both before and after booking the tour, as well as under the "My Trip" link for every passenger. When designing the itineraries, our goal is to enhance the travel experience of our passengers by showcasing the most remarkable cultural and historical landmarks of each circuit. We understand that individual preferences vary, and some people may find certain parts of the tour to be intensive. However, please note that our tour guides are obligated to follow the activities outlined in the itinerary. Europamundo holds the responsibility of providing the contracted services to the passengers. Rest assured that we will consider your suggestions to continue improving. Additionally, please be aware that our terms and conditions, available on our website, state that all our overland routes, whether in groups or private, include the presence of tour leaders (English-speaking) and local guides, if specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups may be bilingual based on the number of passengers. The service may be conducted bilingually, usually in English and Spanish, either with two tour leaders, each speaking one language, or a single tour leader providing information in both languages. Our tour guides have a minimum English fluency level of B2 to effectively engage with passengers, share historical narratives, and communicate fluently. Once again, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we look forward to providing you with seamless service in your future tours with us. Europamundo team.
