Can we cut the tour on the last day? We're cutting it short so we could make our flight back. How does that work? Do we ride the train or can we arranged a private transportation back. Is that an extra charge? Also what kind of transportation do we have from starting point of our tour since we have at least one suitcase for each of us totaling 3 suitcases. I've read that it's a van. Will suitcases of group tour total 10 people fit in the van?

Can travellers start on October 11 and meet everyone at the hotel lobby for the Pre-Day Paju DMZ Tour?

The DMZ tour operates only on Fridays. The tour gathers at 9:00 AM at the lobby of Amid Hotel Seoul and returns to City Hall Station around 5:00 PM. Participation is not possible on other days of the week.

I am interested in your departure dates for March 2027. Do you know when they will be available?

The March 2026 tour is currently open for booking. Please note that the detailed itinerary and price may be slightly updated. If you book now, you will be the first to receive any updates once they are confirmed.

If travelling solo with your company am I able to share a room with someone? I'm interested in this tour and also in Discover Korea in 7 days.

For the safety of our guests and to prevent the loss of personal belongings, we do not offer room-sharing with other participants. If you are joining the tour alone, a single room will be required. If you are traveling as a group of three, a triple room can be arranged.

Is Triple Share available? If so, how much is it per person?

Yes, you can book for triple for three people. The price is $960usd per person.

How many pieces of luggage are recommended for the tour?

It is recommended to bring one piece of luggage per person.

What type of meals are offered during the tour?

Meals typically include options that accommodate dietary preferences like seafood; please notify us of any restrictions.

How can I pay more than half the fee upfront through a third-party website for a tour that is not available yet on your own website for the dates in question?

Due to a shortage of internal staff and current workload, we haven't been able to upload next year's schedule yet. We plan to upload it within 1-2 weeks, either on Tourradar or on our own website, so you can make a reservation once the information is updated.

Can you leave the turn in Busan and delay your return to seoul?

The ending point of this tour is in Busan. We can also provide you with KTX tickets for your preferred time.

The meals, which most were included, were delicious. You get to experience all the different Korean foods and go out of your comfort zone. MARK is one of the best tour guides I have had. - For any tour departing before May 18th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 18th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with HanaTour ITC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and HanaTour ITC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "HanaTour ITC" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
