  It looks like day 12 and 13 are in Hurgada. Is staying a couple extra days (at our own expense) at the end of the tour an option. If so would a flight back to Cairo a couple of days later be available as part of your package.

    We can also arrange your domestic flight from Hurghada back to Cairo on your preferred departure date, so everything can be coordinated conveniently with your international flight.

  Where do you stay at night on day 12? Where do you stay at night on day 13? Do you go back to Cairo from your Hurghada on day 13 or day 14? I don't understand if we can fly home from Cairo airport morning of Day 14 or evening of Day 14 May 6.

    Day 12: Overnight in Hurghada.
    Day 13: We will take a domestic flight from Hurghada to Cairo, and you will stay overnight at a hotel in Cairo.
    Day 14: Your tour with us ends in Cairo.
    
    Therefore, you should book your international flight from Cairo on May 6 (Day 14). If you need to take a morning flight on May 6, that is absolutely fine. We will arrange your airport transfer from the Cairo hotel according to your flight time.

    On day 1, is our hotel included that night or do we pay for that hotel somewhere in Cairo and your included nights start Day 2? Will others doing this same tour be in same hotels or will some be in different hotels if they pick a different type of accomodation? How do we pick options now if we don't have descriptions of options?

    Your hotel stay starts from Day 1, with check-in at 2:00 PM. However, we can pick you up from the airport at any time on Day 1. If your flight arrives earlier, we will take you to the hotel and you can wait there until the official check-in time.
    
    Yes, there will be other travelers joining the same tour, and you will stay at the same hotel.
    
    Your Cairo accommodation will be at King Pyramids View Hotel or a similar hotel of the same category.

    Please note that the entrance fees refer to the admission tickets for the archaeological and historical sites included in the tour itinerary, such as the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and the various temples and monuments mentioned throughout the program.
    
    These entrance fees are not included in the tour price and are paid separately during the trip.

    The only early starts (before 5:30 AM) are on the day of travel to Aswan and the day of the Edfu Temple visit. Most daily tours finish around 4:00 PM, except for the visits to Karnak, Luxor, and Kom Ombo Temples, which are usually scheduled in the evening.

    Dahabiyas are in especially high demand since there are only a few operating, and they tend to sell out quickly.

  The description for Day 1 says "pickup from airport" but also starting 6 - 6.30 a.m. at the hotel. This sounds confusing to us, could you please give exact schedule for 1st day? Eventually we will arrive 19.45 at the airport on April 7th.
