Hello Marije, this is Ihab first off all thank you for your feedback but you judging all the team because of one person who doesn't represent the whole tour is not fair and we could've easily replaced him if you had said anything from the first day on the nile cruise and still you left us a negative review knowing we did our best effort to compensate the experience for you with a free tour.- ZR
