The organization is not responsible for the mass tourism and the sometimes very bad air in Egypt. We would have preferred to upgrade the hotels in Egypt to 5 stars. The crossing to Jordan was unfortunately catastrophic. We left the ship in Luxor at 8 a.m., then a program in Luxor, a hotel room in the afternoon that did not deserve the name, flight at 0.20 a.m. (planned 10 p.m.) to Cairo and 6 a.m. to Amman. Then a program to Wadi Rum. In the end, we had no sleep for 40 hours. Jordan impressed us with its beauty and cleanliness. The complete contrast to Egypt. In Egypt, exploring ancient wonders such as the majestic pyramids of Giza, the famous Sphinx and the stunning temples of Luxor was a truly unforgettable experience. The depth of history and architectural wonders left me in awe, and the knowledge and expertise of the tour guides added a whole new dimension to the visit. We moved on to Jordan, where the enchanting city of Petra, with its intricate rock-cut architecture and fascinating history, felt like stepping back in time. The serene beauty of the Wadi Rum desert, with its vast sandstone mountains and unique Bedouin culture, provided a stark contrast to the bustling cities and ancient wonders of Egypt. Throughout the tour, the accommodations were comfortable, the local cuisine was delicious, and the people were friendly and hospitable. The itinerary was well planned, with a good balance of sightseeing, relaxation and cultural immersion. Overall, my tour of Egypt and Jordan was a wonderful journey filled with discovery, adventure, and cultural insights that will stay with me for the rest of my life. The team was so helpful and accommodating, helping to managing through my delayed flight and get be sorted so my trip started off on the right foot! All the guides and drivers were absolutely amazing! So kind and so knowledgeable. Mohamed, Peter and Dana were truly amazing and made my entire experience, thank you thank you! Knowing how much the hotels were individually and some of the prices I was seeing else where, I do feel like I paid more than I what I got, but justified in that I paid for the convenience and private tour aspect. There are a few moments where I felt rushed, but I’m sure if I communicated/knew what I wanted to do every one would have been understanding and supportive, so I would say that was on me to do a bit more research beforehand. Overall, an incredible and phenomenal experience that and I am so grateful for.
