Hi, overall things were good. We enjoyed the itinerary, the guides were good, however there were a few things that were kind of falsely advertised. 1- we chose this trip because it said small group, no more than 10. We had 8 in our party, the confusing part was that we ended up on large group bus tours, even though it was supposed to be small group max 10. 2- our itinerary said Lake Como and Amalfi, we felt a little taken finding out that we were placed in the region, but not the actual area. We were 20 minutes outside of Lake Como and had to find our own way to actually see lake Como, we were also placed 1hr away from Amalfi, our itinerary for the trip said Sorrento, then we find out that we were staying in a town outside of Sorrento in a hotel that was pretty old and not kept well.Show more

The team - Amanda, Wendy, Alberto and Sam have done a great job supporting our 2-week vacation visiting Switzerland and Italy. They are very responsive to our inquiries and always do their best to accommodate last min changes e.g arranged last min transfer from Lugano instead Como when our train schedule got changed by the train company. All the tours arranged for us are of good quality, very friendly and courteous staffs. We enjoyed our trip and had lots of fond memories! Thank you so much!!Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
