Hello Josiah, We are really sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our prices and inclusions are stated very clearly on our offers and so is the single supplement before confirmation. We try and stay connected with our guests through out their travel and try and make things as better as we can if we hear any dissatisfaction. Besides we try to stay on top of any last minute cancellations that happen due to non-fulfilment of members on any locally organized excursions which we did in your case too by booking a Segway tour and a river cruise with unlimited Prosecco in Budapest which i am sure you can imagine was a lot more in cost vs the original excursion booked that got cancelled. We love to stay in touch with our clients on WhatsApp consistently and keep asking how their day went, we really wish we were made aware of any shortcomings whilst on the tour so it gave us a chance to make it better right there & then. We are a passionate travel company wanting to win hearts and make travel a beautiful experience for our guests.
