Hello Myung, We truly appreciate you taking time out and rating most aspect of the tour as 5 Stars. As we understand most of your stays were upgraded complimentary to 4 Stars although you chose a tour with 3 star stays. The other aspects included additional tours & visits which included adventure activities and local cuisine experiences which not everyone prefers as we get guests from all age groups, We are very glad that you took them up and are satisfied and had a wonderful time. As for the luggage allowance, the tour comes with 2 internal flights inter country and the most convenient services are operated by 2 different airlines with different luggage policies, Although one of them does offer 23 Kgs check in (plus Carry on and under seat bag) but since the other one only offers 15 kgs bags check in bag (plus Carry on and under seat bag) , we tend to only announce 15 Kgs for check in as guests cannot be carrying 2 differently weighed suitcases on the same tour. Although the airlines only charges $1 per Kg extra understanding that the guests travel internationally and on most occasions are allowed 23 Kgs as their allowance. So to be able to work on this feedback, we do have 2 other airlines which are generally half the price with 23 Kgs luggage allowance which can be used but with a poor record of time keeping and frequent cancellations and hence we stay away and only use best quality and flying experience in the South American air space. We will still work on a solution so our future guests do not feel the same way as you did by pre-announcing the reason why they getting, what they are getting and that should pave way for 5 star reviews in future which all our team works towards. Bangkok has so much to see, and if you have a very late flight arriving on day one, it can feel a bit overwhelming. We appreciate your positive comments, especially about the tour guides and hotel locations. In Singapore, like in some European cities, choosing central locations often means relatively smaller rooms compared to the rest of the world. However, we are planning to incorporate larger rooms into our offerings or at least give guests the option in advance so they know what to expect. The timeliness of the tour documents depends on when we receive flight details from our guests. We issue all documentation together, integrated with transfers, accommodation, and activities. On multiple occasions, we’ve experienced delays because guests did not provide their flight details on the same day as the tour arrival date, which required us to adjust their arrangements and reissue the documentation. Regarding the luggage situation on the internal flight, we were quite surprised. You had 23 kg included, with an 8 kg carry-on, and it turns out you paid for an additional 25 kg checked luggage and an additional carry-on, which we were never made aware of in advance. Had we known about this, we could have arranged it ahead of time. Unfortunately, airport charges are higher compared to pre-arranged luggage options. We also note that your last-minute request to change the transfer times to allow shopping at the airport may have contributed to the excess baggage. We understand that Bangkok is great for shopping. While our team may not be available for new sales 24/7, we are always available to serve our traveling guests. We take pride in connecting with our on-tour guests every day to ensure everything is going according to plan, including posting boarding passes, checking guests in when needed, and handling all tasks that would otherwise be the guest's responsibility, even when they are in a completely different time zone, as was the case on this tour. You’ll likely see similar positive comments from other guests on the same tour, meaning this may have been an isolated issue.
