Good communication via WhatsApp. Had a booking hiccup for the Vatican Tour where the information held by the local tour company didn't match my group and we weren't able to go. Wanderful staff worked hard to get it fixed but were not able to. We were able to rebook a similar tour ourselves and Wanderful refunded the value of the original booking. We upgraded to 4 star hotels and were happy with the locations and amenities.Show more

  All tours include priority entrance tickets and the services of an English-speaking guide. The key sightseeing experiences included are: Discover Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum in Rome; Florence: Day visit to The Leaning tower of Pisa; Day tour from Florence to Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni & Chianti wine region with wine tasting; In Venice, visit Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica Tour. Regarding Florence, you will indeed have the day of arrival free to explore at your leisure. You will arrive at Florence train station around 11:00 AM and 12:00 noon. Once your tour is confirmed, we would be happy to assist with arranging entrance tickets to the Accademia Gallery, the Uffizi Gallery, or any other museums you may wish to visit.
