Yes, this is a partially guided tour. You will have a guide during all day excursions and major sightseeing activities. Most guided excursions begin in the morning, except in Iguassu, where our guides arrange special permission to visit the falls closer to sunset—so that excursion starts in the afternoon. Please note that Carnival tickets are not included in the package and need to be purchased separately. We will be happy to provide a quote for these once the exact travel dates are finalized.

Do you allow 17 year olds to travel unaccompanied with you?

We have confirmed with our team regarding 17-year-old travelers traveling independently. Kindly share the exact date of birth, passport number, and gender of the guest, as all services need to be pre-informed and documented in advance.

Do you have a tour that also includes Easter Island? or can this tour accommodate the request?

We can definitely add Easter Island to the existing itinerary. The additional cost will be approximately: USD 1,858 per person (based on twin/double share). USD 2,684 for a single traveler. This includes: Return flights from Santiago to Easter Island, Airport transfers, 2 nights' accommodation on Easter Island, A full-day guided tour on Easter Island, 1 extra night's accommodation in Santiago.

Is this correct? Sounds amazingly onerous & impossible to achieve. Also, bank & credit card information given like this makes identity theft too easy. We have never experience anything like this with any other country.

To enter Chile, you must obtain a visa before arrival. The application process can be lengthy, so we recommend allowing yourself plenty of time before your planned travel. We suggest applying for the E-Visa via the official portal. It's true that the Chilean visa process can be more rigorous than those of other countries, particularly when applying from outside your country of citizenship.

We hate losing stars quite honestly and would work day and night to keep getting better. With regard to the flights, we understand how frustrating delays can be, Out of the four flights in your itinerary, we note that two experienced delays. While such disruptions are unfortunately beyond our control, we would like to highlight that our ground team closely monitors all arrivals. Our drivers and representatives waited for you at the airports despite the delays, ensuring that all your transfers and pickups were handled smoothly without any disruption upon arrival. When selecting flights, our intention is always to balance comfort and convenience—allowing guests a relaxed start to the day, including time for breakfast at the hotel, and arriving closer to standard hotel check-in times to avoid long waiting periods. Earlier flight options (for example, departures around 7:00 AM) often require very early wake-up times (as early as 4:00 AM) and can still result in extended waiting at the destination before rooms are ready. That said, we completely understand that delays impacted your experience. We also note that on your International arrival into Santiago, the flight landed only slightly delayed; however, additional time was taken during baggage clearance and customs. Despite this, our representative waited patiently to receive you, as is always our standard practice. Regarding the hotels, we understand the inconvenience caused by not being accommodated on the same floor. This was primarily due to the requirement for different bedding configurations, which can sometimes limit room availability on a single floor. We do, however, recognize that proximity is important, and we will continue to emphasize this more strongly in future allocations. We also take note of your feedback regarding renovations at Ker San Telmo Hotel. Please be assured that this property has now been removed from our preferred list in Buenos Aires, as we continuously reassess our hotel partnerships based on guest experiences. Once again, we truly appreciate your feedback. While some aspects were beyond our direct control, we remain committed to improving every element that is within it and ensuring a smoother experience for our future guests.
