We took a 10 day tour starting in Milan, then on to Lake Como, Venice, Murano, Florence, Pisa, and Rome. We did add just about all the optional excursions and I think it enhanced the experience significantly. All were top notch except for one(Lake Como), which I shared with my contact. I expect they will likely improve that experience in the future. They did a great job of staying in contact on What’s app and even arranged for alternative transportation when our arrival flight was delayed.Show more

We had a hiccup going from Sorrento to the Naples train station and they were right on it going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotels were all really nice, but I thought the hotel in Sorrento could have been better. All of our tours and our tour guides were wonderful. Very knowledgeable.
