  When you say you can arrange airport transfers, what does that mean? Someone will pick me up at airport and drop me there on return date as well?

  You are correct. The airport transfers are based on your flights (in and out). The driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel and vice versa, from your hotel to the airport, depending on your flight schedule.

  Airport transfers are not included in the package; however, we can certainly arrange both your arrival and departure transfers for you at an additional cost. We'd also be happy to assist with booking your pre-night hotel for June 8. The tour hotel for your first night (June 9 departure) will be confirmed once your tour is finalized, and we can ensure your extra night is booked at the same hotel for convenience.

  I had asked in the beginning a few days ago if this rate would permit me to have my own room accomodations for each location, and I was told "yes". Has that changed? I want to be sure I have my own private room at all stops over the 9 days. Also, does this rate included taxes? Upon my return, am i booking from Deer Lake airport again, or do we finish in St. John's and I would book my return flight to Montreal from there?

  The rate of $4,499 CAD is based on a shared room (double occupancy). If you are traveling solo and would like your own private room throughout the tour, the single occupancy rate for the June 9 departure is $5,499 CAD. Yes, you may arrive on June 8th and book a pre-night hotel. Once your tour is confirmed, we will provide the exact starting hotel details so you can book accordingly, or we can assist with arranging this for you. The tour ends in St. John's, so your return flight should be booked from St. John's Airport (YYT), not Deer Lake.
