For our Peru's Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu by Train tour, there are currently 4 travellers confirmed on the 30 April departure (5 on this exact tour and 9 joining from other tour combinations) and 14 travellers confirmed on the 4 May departure (5 on this exact tour and 9 joining from other tour combinations). Please note that both of these departures are currently on request, so we are unable to guarantee confirmation right away.

What are the cancellation fees and date change fees for this tour?

Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. From 2nd day prior to departure up to departure day or in case of no show : 95% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 75% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime Deposit. A Lifetime Deposit is the deposit amount you pay initially to confirm a trip, it will stay on file for you to use as a new deposit for a future G Adventures tour when booked through TourRadar.

Excellent tour showing a fantastic variety of scenery and climate with an exhausting schedule. Every part of the program was fantastic; my only regret is that, having opted for the Inca Trail and the Rainbow Mountain hike (well worth it) I didn't have time to visit museums in Cusco. When things went wrong with the weather half way through our hike, Walter & G Tours managed to completely rearrange our schedules and came up with excellent alternative arrangements. For me, arranging an extra couple of days in Lima at the start/end was well worth it.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 27th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 27th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
