What are the cancellation fees and date change fees for this tour?

Up to 30th day prior to departure: Your 20% non-refundable deposit is saved on your file as Lifetime Deposit towards a future tour with G Adventures. From 29th day to 3rd day prior to departure: 70% of travel fare becomes non-refundable: 50% cancellation fee + 20% Lifetime deposit. This Tour is pretty much split into 2 parts. Part 1: get to cusco with some stops (and overnight busses) on the way, and Part 2: The inca Trail, the main attraction (at least in my opinion) There are some great optional activities on the trip, like the rainbow mountain, which Odi (our CEO) with great foresight could move a week ahead or the nasca flight, which is also a really cool experience. The highlight for me was definitively the inca trail. GAdventures and their Porters (Primitivo - Group N# 6) made thus an amazing experience. Everything we used on this trip, like the tents, the sleeping bags, the air matresses, the chairs and the cooking Equipment was carried up by them, huge respect for that. The food on the trip was great, definitively some of the best food I had in whole peru, so great thanks to Florentino & Francisco for beeiing our master chefs. On the Trip were multiple very cool inca ruins, which our head Guides (Melquiades) and Assistant Guide (Efrain Mariño) did a great job explaining. I would recommend this trip to everybody, just know that you should book the trip long in advance, because there are only 200 tourists allowed to enter the inca trail per day, if you are late, you might not make it (you will still be hiking on the Lares Trek instead)Show more
