Regarding the Brazil hotel arrangement, as explained during your trip, this was originally a 4-star tour, upon our special request we were able to upgrade to a 5-star Hilton property with ocean-view rooms for all group members at no additional cost. While the hotel itself was excellent, we agree that communication with the hotel staff could have been better, and we sincerely appreciate your patience in this matter. To make things right and as a gesture of goodwill, we were pleased to offer the group a complimentary boat tour in Rio with lunch, and we truly hope this experience added extra enjoyment to your stay. We’re especially happy to note that all other arrangements were well received, including the special appreciation for our guides in Iguassu, who take great pride in delivering exceptional service.
