  From the moment we arrived in Rome to our final goodbye in Venice, this trip felt like stepping into a beautifully written story, one where every chapter flowed effortlessly into the next. Our journey through Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, and Venice was thoughtfully curated, with each experience building on the last. The itinerary was full but never overwhelming, and every detail, from transfers to tours, was clearly organized and easy to follow. It allowed us to truly experience Italy rather than just rush through it. What stood out most was the level of support behind the scenes. Travel rarely goes 100% perfectly, and ours had a few small bumps, but what made the difference was how quickly and professionally they were handled. Every minor issue was addressed almost immediately, and more importantly, handled with care and fairness. That kind of responsiveness turns a good trip into an exceptional one. The accommodations were wonderful, each offering its own unique charm, from the comfort of Rome to the elegance of Venice. The tours were highlights: standing in the Colosseum, exploring the Vatican, wandering the colorful villages of Cinque Terre, and gliding through Venice on a gondola—moments we’ll never forget. We were the only ones on the tour so found that a bit strange but due to the war in Iran, we were informed that people pulled out. The hotels were of a good standard and super close to the respective train stations so easy access.Show more

  The tours were excellent, and the guides explained everything clearly and professionally. The company was outstanding as well — they always responded promptly to our questions and were very organized. If you happened to get lost on the way to the meeting point, they were quick to assist and make sure you arrived without any issues. The only downside was that I expected to stay with the same group throughout the entire trip and to be picked up from the hotel each day before heading to the tours. If you’re traveling with children, this setup may not be very convenient unless you arrange everything in advance and are willing to pay an additional fee. However, if you’re traveling alone or with a group of adults and enjoy walking and exploring beyond the scheduled tour, this arrangement works well. They also provide free time if you’d like to visit places on your own, which offers flexibility and independenceShow more

All my queries were answered promptly - thanks to Rose Amanda. All the hotel bookings, transfers and pick-ups were on point and timely. All the local guides; Marina & Linda in Rome, Andrea (also an excellent driver) in Florence and Denise in Venice, were marvellous and brimful of historical and local knowledge. Very friendly and enthusiastic. My only suggestion would be to provide some information beforehand on entry and ticketing details for attractions like Basillica San Marco and the Tower of Pisa.Show more

  The tour was very organised- the company wanderful were great with communication and made sure you had all the information delivered well in advance in watt app - response was very prompt with any queries regarding tour. The hotels were all close to the trips and the railway stations . The tours in the itinerary had excellent tour guides with smaller groups. Travelling on my own I did think I would be joining a tour travelling with the same people all the time, however travelling as a sole traveller- it was only the tours that I met people, otherwise I was on my own. So if you are happy with that arrangement it was fine . However the experience was excellent in every other way.Show more

While many operators would cancel under such circumstances, we understand that our guests have already booked flights, taken time off work, and planned around these dates—so, even if it means operating at a loss, we guarantee the tour goes on, just as it did in your case on Semi-private basis. While this meant a more semi-private arrangement for you as a solo traveler, we're glad to hear that you still found the overall experience enriching and that you connected with others during the guided excursions.   Private Italy tour Our Italy trip was amazing! My daughter and I had a private tour to Rome, Florence and Venice. All of our guides were excellent especially Mario in Cinca Terra and Denise in Venice. They shared with us some of the hidden gems of these areas as well as the most popular spots. Mario was with us for the entire day driving us to see Cinca Terra and Pisa. Denise recommended excellent places for gelato, spritz’s, and dinner! And she agreed to meet with us earlier than planned so that we could see the inside of St Mark’s basilica. The communication via What’s App was superb and even when we were late to our tour group at the Vatican, the company came through with excellent assistance. I want to come back and would not hesitate to book with them againShow more
