  Do tour guides meet tour participants at their hotels or at other locations? Is there a guide to coordinate all the travel arrangements? (I.e. making the right taxi/bus/train connections) Or are tour participants expected to coordinate this on their own or among themselves?

    In Venice, the guide will meet you at the hotel.
    
    In Florence, the guide can meet you at an additional supplement; however, it is generally just a 3-4 minute walk to the usual meeting point.
    
    In Rome, a driver will take you to the meeting point where the guide will meet you.
    
    Please note there is no dedicated escort throughout the trip. However, you will have support from local guides on the day, along with electronic assistance as well.

    In Florence, is a guide and transportation included in the price of the tour for both Day 4: Pisa and Day 5: Cinque Terre? What are the travel times Florence-Pisa and Florence-Cinque Terre? At what times of the day do these trips begin?
    
    Do you provide train tickets Rome-Florence and Florence-Venice on specific trains at specific times? Do the travellers have any choice about the departure times? Are these high-speed trains? What are the train travel times Rome-Florence and Florence-Venice?
    
    In Venice, what sights are included in the tour in addition to the gondola ride? I understand that the included hotel in Venice will probably be in Venice Mestre. Is transportation between Venice Mestre and Venice Island (both ways) included in the tour and the price of the tour? On what form of transportation does the guide take the travellers between Venice Mestre and Venice Island? (i.e. private bus, public bus or train)?

    Yes, both tours on Day 4 and Day 5 include English-speaking guides.
    
    Please note that for both tours, you will need to make your own way to the meeting point, which is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from your hotel.
    
    The Leaning Tower tour on Day 4 is scheduled to start between 15:00 – 16:00 hrs.
    On Day 5, the tour begins between 08:30 – 09:30 hrs.
    
    Regarding train travel, we typically provide high-speed train tickets scheduled for mid-morning departures. However, if you prefer a specific departure time, we can certainly arrange that, provided there are no tours scheduled on the same day.
    
    In Venice, a gondola ride is already included in your itinerary. Alternatively, we can arrange a private guided city tour at an additional cost of USD 89.00 per person.
    
    For the private tour (or even for reaching the standard meeting point), you will need to take a train from Mestre to Santa Lucia Station, which is approximately a 10-minute journey. The guide will meet you at KFC Santa Lucia if you opt for the private tour.

    I understand that my colleague Sarah had already informed you that the guide would meet you at the hotel. I'm happy to confirm that in Venice, we will arrange for the guide to meet you directly at your hotel. Additionally, the transportation from Venice Mestre to Venice Santa Lucia will be included.
    
    Also, to clarify, the meeting points in Florence are conveniently located just 1–5 minutes' walk from your hotel, not 10–15 minutes as previously mentioned.

    What time do the travellers need to meet with the guide at the meeting point in Florence for the Pisa Tour (Day 4)?
    
    You say that the meeting point in Florence "is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from your hotel." A previous reply (above from Sarah) said "3-4 minute walk". Please clarify.
    
    What form of "electronic assistance" (as mentioned by Sarah) is provided for the tour? What kind of electronic connection does it require (i.e. phone/data or only wifi?)

    Yes, for Day 4 and Day 5, all transportation and entrance fees are included in the tour price.
    
    In Florence, guests will need to meet the guide at the designated meeting point:
    
    Pisa Tour (Day 4): Around 14:30 hrs
    Cinque Terre Tour (Day 5): Around 07:30 hrs
    
    Please note that timings may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and daylight hours to ensure the best possible experience.
    
    Also, to reconfirm, the meeting points in Florence are approximately 3–4 minutes walking distance from your hotel. My apologies again for the earlier confusion, and thank you for your understanding.

  I'm wanting to do an Italy tour in the beginning of June starting somewhere around the seventh. The main things that I would like to see with the Rome, Venice Florence and I would like to see the tower of Pisa and possibly spend some time on the coast. Can you please help me figure out which tour might be the best for my interest? Ideally, I would like a tour that's about eight days, but I'm pretty flexible.

    Yes, you will have time to enjoy a city tour in Florence. You can plan this on your travel day from Rome to Florence. The train journey takes approximately 1.5 hours, which will allow you to spend half a day in Florence.

    The transfers in Rome and Venice to and from the airport are private. So yes, you can book any flight arrival time, as the day will be at leisure upon arrival.

    Airport transfers are included in this tour so no extra cost. The trains are in economy class. We can upgrade to business class for all the trains for USD 89.00 per person. Morning tours will start at 08:30 Hrs and afternoon tours will be after 13:30. And the one in Florence will be a morning tour. Hotel names are available 1 month prior to your travel along with the vouchers, but all the hotels are 4 star with more than 80 % positive reviews on Tripadvisor. Yes we can book a twin room for them with 2 beds.

  Would it be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after booking? Would I get paid for that? Can I raise the price since I am including a tour manager to come on the trip and make sure that everyone is taken care of?

    Can only pay you 8% commission upon completion of the tour. Not looking for Tour Managers at the moment. Flights and hotels are not included, just commission for bringing guests. On 15 paid guests your hotel and transfers get free, but you'll still pay for excursions and entrance tickets.

    Yes you can extend this tour by a day or 2. Please let us know where would you like to extend. As it currently stands, it will be a group of 8-12 guests depending on how many guests book, but it is a guaranteed departure. For 4 of you, we can run this tour as a semi private tour (at Excursions you will see 6-10 more guests) all other services will be private for just $169 per person additional or completely private (just for you) for just $599 per person.
