In Venice, the guide will meet you at the hotel. In Florence, the guide can meet you at an additional supplement; however, it is generally just a 3-4 minute walk to the usual meeting point. In Rome, a driver will take you to the meeting point where the guide will meet you. Please note there is no dedicated escort throughout the trip. However, you will have support from local guides on the day, along with electronic assistance as well.

I'm wanting to do an Italy tour in the beginning of June starting somewhere around the seventh. The main things that I would like to see with the Rome, Venice Florence and I would like to see the tower of Pisa and possibly spend some time on the coast. Yes, you will have time to enjoy a city tour in Florence. You can plan this on your travel day from Rome to Florence. The train journey takes approximately 1.5 hours, which will allow you to spend half a day in Florence.

Airport transfers are included in this tour so no extra cost. The trains are in economy class. We can upgrade to business class for all the trains for USD 89.00 per person. Morning tours will start at 08:30 Hrs and afternoon tours will be after 13:30. And the one in Florence will be a morning tour. Hotel names are available 1 month prior to your travel along with the vouchers, but all the hotels are 4 star with more than 80 % positive reviews on Tripadvisor. Yes we can book a twin room for them with 2 beds.

Would it be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after booking? Would I get paid for that? Can I raise the price since I am including a tour manager to come on the trip and make sure that everyone is taken care of?

If you bring at least 6 paying guests with you when booking, you can be compensated for your escort services. We can agree on a per-day rate.

Can we add a day or 2?

Yes you can extend this tour by a day or 2. Please let us know where would you like to extend. As it currently stands, it will be a group of 8-12 guests depending on how many guests book, but it is a guaranteed departure. For 4 of you, we can run this tour as a semi private tour (at Excursions you will see 6-10 more guests) all other services will be private for just $169 per person additional or completely private (just for you) for just $599 per person.

Is the price of 1420 euros per person or total for the trip? Do children pay half price or full price?

If you happened to get lost on the way to the meeting point, they were quick to assist and make sure you arrived without any issues. The only downside was that I expected to stay with the same group throughout the entire trip and to be picked up from the hotel each day before heading to the tours. If you’re traveling with children, this setup may not be very convenient unless you arrange everything in advance and are willing to pay an additional fee. However, if you’re traveling alone or with a group of adults and enjoy walking and exploring beyond the scheduled tour, this arrangement works well.   The Leaning Tower tour on Day 4 is scheduled to start between 15:00 – 16:00 hrs.
  On Day 5, the tour begins between 08:30 – 09:30 hrs.
  
  Regarding train travel, we typically provide high-speed train tickets scheduled for mid-morning departures. However, if you prefer a specific departure time, we can certainly arrange that, provided there are no tours scheduled on the same day.

  Airport transfers are included in this tour so no extra cost. The trains are in economy class. We can upgrade to business class for all the trains for USD 89.00 per person. Morning tours will start at 08:30 Hrs and afternoon tours will be after 13:30. And the one in Florence will be a morning tour. Hotel names are available 1 month prior to your travel along with the vouchers, but all the hotels are 4 star with more than 80 % positive reviews on Tripadvisor. Yes we can book a twin room for them with 2 beds.

Would it be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after booking? Would I get paid for that? Can I raise the price since I am including a tour manager to come on the trip and make sure that everyone is taken care of?

  When you say escort services, will my flight to Italy from Israel and hotels be free because I will be the group manager and bring at least 6 clients? What are the rates for being a tour manager?

  Can only pay you 8% commission upon completion of the tour. Not looking for Tour Managers at the moment. Flights and hotels are not included, just commission for bringing guests. On 15 paid guests your hotel and transfers get free, but you'll still pay for excursions and entrance tickets.

  Yes you can extend this tour by a day or 2. Please let us know where would you like to extend. As it currently stands, it will be a group of 8-12 guests depending on how many guests book, but it is a guaranteed departure. For 4 of you, we can run this tour as a semi private tour (at Excursions you will see 6-10 more guests) all other services will be private for just $169 per person additional or completely private (just for you) for just $599 per person.

For tours departing after September 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Wanderful Holidays LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Wanderful Holidays LLC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
