Hiking in the DolomitesThe tour guide, Laura, was excellent and the driver, Elena, too. However, the itinerary change was disappointing. First, Bergamo was replaced by Brescia then Bardolino on Lake Garda was removed. The reasons given were not convincing as the last day was supposed to end at 7 pm and it ended at 5 pm. The itinerary that I signed up for had these two places. Therefore the last day was not to my liking. Also, the visit of the castle in Trento should have been an optional giving us a choice to spend that time visiting Trento, since we arrived in the evening the night before which did not leave us much time to enjoy this city. Otherwise, the rest of the tour was good and Laura and Elena took good care of us. Thank you.
6 Day Italy's Northern Jewels: Venice & the Dolomites from MilanOverall, tour was amazing. Hotels were accommodating and being given transportation to each location was a huge help. I’m leaving 4 stars and not 5 because I thought our hotel for the Cinque Terre portion would actually be in one of the five towns, not in La Spezia. La Spezia was not a nice area, had nowhere to get dessert at night, and was by far the worst town we stayed in.
