We are very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the meal served in Venice. Food allergies are something we take very seriously, and we fully understand how important it is for our guests to feel safe and confident when dietary requirements have been communicated in advance. We are particularly concerned to hear that, despite having informed us of your shellfish allergy and reminding the guide at the restaurant, you did not feel reassured by the way the situation was handled. While we are not in a position to confirm here the ingredients of the dish that was served or the circumstances described, your comments regarding both the restaurant and the assistance provided by the guide deserve careful attention and will be reviewed with the parties involved. We sincerely regret that this experience affected your trust and your overall impression of the tour. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, as feedback of this nature is essential for us to review our procedures and ensure that dietary requirements are handled with the care and clarity they require.
