Great trip, good hotels, more meals included than I expected, bus was good. Not so good, Had to pay an additional city tax at each hotel about $10 per person per night. when you say hotels are included they should be included. Hard to get any information beyond the brief itinerary. Need to say when we return so we can plan the day/night. The meeting point for the bus is across the street form the rail terminal, but there are multiple buses picking up people there. They should tell you what the bus looks like, a license plate or some means of identifying the bus. The bus we were on had a ncie list of the people on the tour, but we were not on it? Tour guide spoke multiple languages which was very helpful. But she tended to say a time, then change it. Some in the group heard only the first time and would show up late. The tour says physically easy. I would say it is moderately easy. We had 3 people in the group of 25 that could not keep up and slowed the group down. Frustrating when you are trying to see as much as you can in a short time.Show more

  On the walking tours, do the guests use an individual receiver and headphones in order to hear the tour guide? How large are the groups typically? Without earphones, hearing the guide necessitates staying near him on the walk and maneuvering for position near him at each stop. How is this addressed on your walking tours?
