Itinerary
- Day 1
Rome to Assisi - Siena - Florence
You'll head out from Rome early morning by deluxe coach toward Assisi. The drive gets you there with time to walk through this charming town and see the Basilica of St. Francis, which has some remarkable artwork inside. After that, you're continuing on to Siena to catch Piazza del Campo before heading into Florence for the night. Check-in happens in the late afternoon, then dinner and your first overnight stay.

- Day 2
Florence
This day focuses on Renaissance Florence with a guided tour through the city centre and its main landmarks. Around midday you'll have lunch at a traditional Tuscan restaurant. In the afternoon, the choice is yours, really. You can keep exploring Florence on your own pace, or if you want, there's an optional trip out to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower. It's up to what appeals to you.

- Day 3
Bologna to Venice
You're heading to Bologna this morning and walking through the city centre, starting at Piazza Malpighi and moving through Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore to see the Basilica of San Petronio. Lunch is included with the tour and tends to be light. After eating, you'll travel on to Venice, where you arrive and check into your hotel for the night in this canal-filled city.

Venice
Start with a water taxi to Piazza San Marco for a walking tour of Venice's key sites like the Bridge of Sighs and Palazzo dei Dogi. The morning wraps up with a drink and some cicchetti, which are Venetian tapas, shared with your tour leader. Later in the afternoon, you've got free time to wander through the canals at your own speed before heading back to your hotel.

You're traveling to Montepulciano, a historic Tuscan town that's known for its 'nobile' wine. There are nice views from up there, and lunch at a traditional restaurant is included in your tour. You'll have some free time for shopping around town. Then later in the afternoon or early evening, you're heading back to Rome, where your tour finishes up.
