Can you advise if there is a 240V power socket in the room so that I can plug in my CPAP Machine? We create bookings in twin share rooms but are able to put in a request for double bedding wherever possible, this will be dependent on availability of course. Your rooms will have ensuites. The start hotel is called the Residence Flora in Merano - Via 30 Aprile, 2, Merano, 39012 Italy. This tour includes 7 breakfasts, all other meals are your own arrangements. I am afraid I don't have the information available to me about the voltage of the power points in each of the rooms but if you decide to go ahead with this tour, we can reach out to the properties for you.

We've graded the cycling on this tour as leisurely. While you don't have to be a pro to take part, you should have a basic level of fitness and enjoy being in the saddle. On one day there is a moderate grade ride, but it can be shortened significantly, lowering its grade to leisurely. On this tour we cycle 189 km/117.4 miles over five days (an average of 38 km/23.6 miles per day) with optional extra 24 km/14.9 miles cycling. The terrain is virtually all on tarmac and 90% of the route is on dedicated cycle paths. We encounter traffic for short sections at the end of day 6. The route is generally a gentle descent with flat sections and occasional ascents; with a few steeper inclines on days 4, 5 and 6. The Explore Leader will cycle with the group every day and luggage is transported between hotels. We have graded the route as Leisurely.

You are able to rent an E-bike at a cost of US$81. Please note these are on request, so let us know when you make the booking and we will confirm with our local agent. You will need to bring your own helmet as one will not be provided. You can bring your own saddle if you wish. The luggage will be transported to each hotel in the support van. There will be a guide cycling with you, and there will be a separate drive for the support van.
