unfortunately there are no departures on late October. The reason is mainly due to weather because that uses to be the period of the beginning of rains and most places, like hotels, restaurants but also little shops usually close for a rest before the skiing season that starts in November.

The Hotels in Cortina doesn't have air conditioning, considering it's a Mountain Resort and temperature are in general quite fresh in particular May in just the begins of springs at temperature are fresh, maybe it's possible you need heaters that is included. In Bolzano Park hotel Laurin has air conditioning and heater.
