I am sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the error on our supplier’s side, they would have waited for you, and you would not have missed it anyway. I will inform the dedicated department to consider different hotels in the future; however, we have never received negative reviews for the hotels where you have stayed. Regarding the train, unfortunately it was difficult to find availability, as it was fully booked immediately when it opened. To avoid having you travel at a very inconvenient time, I opted for a regional train instead, since the distance from Naples to Rome is quite short. Regarding the tours, the schedule was changed by the local supplier. The timing of each tour is always subject to confirmation based on ticket availability. I want to clarify that I send the travel documents 20 days in advance, requesting your review to confirm that everything is correct, as there could occasionally be a typo or similar mistake. Furthermore, I would like to kindly clarify that the Discovering Milan package does not include round-trip transfers from/to the airport or train station. Regardless of the hotel location, these transfers would have been at your own expense. The same applies to the tours/excursion of this trip, but TUI Italia kindly arranged for you the transfer to reach the meeting point, it's an upgrade as the hotel was located farther from the city center. In addition, please note that at the time of booking, it was clearly communicated that the hotel would be outside Milan due to a furniture fair taking place in the city. Additionally, to apologize for the typo, I booked your return airport transfer free of charge. I would like to clarify regarding the tour schedule: we were informed that the tour was planned to start at 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to internal issues or delays with other clients, the tour began an hour later. Please rest assured that the timing originally communicated to you was correct. Additionally, I would like to highlight that tickets are generally not required for the tours, thanks to our longstanding collaboration with the suppliers. When I contacted them about the issue, they confirmed that there had been a mistake on their side. We greatly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoyed your experience overall.
